No free wi-fi, and the one that you are paying for (10 dollars a night) is really bad. Not at hotell suited for business.

Everything was as advertised, except for the WI FI. I believe the wi fi service was intentionally bad, to encourage a guest to purchase the premium service. When I called to report a problem, I was connected with an un-helpful service person. He was more interested in the brand of my tablet than the quality of their service. The old bait and switch scam with modern technology.

Room wasn't terrible. Bed wasn't comfortable. But still felt dirty and old. Elevators were scary. Hallways stunk. There was a leak from the ceiling in the middle of the hall. Overall was pretty disgusting.

I came for a 21st birthday. I do go to Vegas quite often, the Quad was the most dirtiest room I have ever stayed in!!! And worst hotel service ever! I was supposed to stay there 3 days. I only stood there one! I went and stood at a way better hotel.

Extremely poor signage made it nearly impossible to find the parking entrance to the hotel at night. Moreover, there was a lack of available self-parking for guests. This was exacerbated because a portion of the self-parking garage continued to be closed off since the New Year when it was used for additional valet parking. Also, the staff gave incorrect information regarding our included breakfast which was only available at the Starbucks in the hotel next door! Also, there was a disproportionate number of loud, drunk and often obnoxious young people in the hotel from Thursday to Saturday. The best thing I can say for this hotel is that it was relatively cheap, but you get what you pay for.

The hotel carpet was duct taped down yet had ripples. Bad stains in the carpet, furniture broken, wall paper torn off the walls. Sinks were stained and water did not drain properly. Stayed one night of the 3 that we had reserved. Had to pay for all 3 days.

The bad votes are related to the on-going renovation that really affects all the structures. It is annoying but the room gets extremely cheap

Bikers be aware: hotel parking is the path for the storm water coming thru Vegas from the mountains. I could not cross the water which was about 1 ft deep with my motorcycle to park it. Instead I had to park it at the neighbouring Harrah's. Dirty carpets everywhere. They have not been changed in at least 20 years. In front of the check in desk they have a stage with stars impersonators. The music was good but I could barely communicated with the receptionist during the check in process. We almost had to yell one at the other in order to communicate. I will not consider this hotel again. Not a great place at all.

For the price the hotel is fair. However, even though we had premium (3rd level) rooms, they were still very low standard. The elevators are a real problem - for towers 1 & 2 there are four elevators, but they can't keep up with all the guest, so you constantly have to wait.
