The room we stayed in, 2049P, was fairly nice and was roomy enough for my husband and me. However, we noticed a few burn holes in the carpet (perhaps from the past when smoking was allowed?) and dirt marks in the carpet underneath furniture that we moved, like a small chair and loveseat, to see the TV better. In general, the room had some wear and tear. Even worse, though, was the hallway before we got to our room. Several doors to other guest rooms were fairly beat up looking, not anywhere near the quality expected of a hotel/casino like Paris Las Vegas. The general public areas of the casino, restaurants, and shops seemed to be in pretty good shape, though. The staff was pleasant and helpful, and the food was pretty good. Our biggest complaint was how pricey everything was--especially the food! We knew that prices had increased, but the prices in Las Vegas in general will definitely not make us return anytime soon. The best part of our 5-day visit was the shows--Jersey Boys (at the Paris) and Ka (at MGM) were phenomenal! As far as the meals we ate at the Paris, we enjoyed our crepe breakfast at The Crepe restaurant, another breakfast we ate at The Ile de St. Louis, and a dinner we had at the Oyster Bay seafood restaurant at the Miracle Mile shopping center next door to the Paris. By far the best meal we ate was at Emeril Lagasse's New Orleans restaurant at the MGM--fabulous! We felt the Paris restaurants were too limited, so we needed to look elsewhere for the kind of meals we wanted to eat. In addition, Bally's, the sister property of the Paris, was older and seemed to be of even less quality than the Paris. If and when we do return to Las Vegas, we will look for better room deals where we at least get a higher level of quality for what we spend.

I should have taken the name of the lady who served me complimentary beer at the Casino on Thursday and Friday evenings. She started work on Friday evening at 6:00 PM. She was very friendly and refused to accept my tip for the final round of beer I had. She is the primary reason I would come back to The Paris. I erred in not taking her name and feel guilty that I cannot thank her for the gesture.

excellent location, hotel in overall is ok, although a bit distasteful but that`s vegas. breakfast is a disaster, you have to wait in line more than half an hour to get a coffee and a sandwich that aparently worth 9$. 28$ a day for internet and an enterance to gym is not worth the money.

I think the upcharge of $40 per night for a good view is terrible! I will think twice before doing this again, it is definitely being taken advantage of!

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of 4 weeks fly drive to West Coast USA trip. Our first visit to USA and Las Vegas. The hotel is massive but very well located for the strip. It is busy, noisy and over the top but we wanted to see Vegas, thoroughly enjoyed it and will never want to return. We parked the car and had an almost 15 minute walk with our luggage through the crowded artificial Parisienne streets with shops and restaurants and past the casino to check in. Queue at check in moves fairly quickly. Separate counters for the loyalty privileged and restaurant queues are quite irritating. We were offered a room upgrade but declined so we had a room on the 8th floor with a view of the back and noise from what appeared to be aircon fans. The room was large with 2 double beds, a fridge but no facility for making tea or coffee. Quality of room and bathroom (bath and separate large shower) was excellent. We hated the stink of stale cigarette smoke in the casino area and were disappointed that smoking was allowed inside the hotel. We also hated the fact that they found the need to pump out loud non description "music" in all public areas as is the case throughout the city.

The hotel is located in the most appropriate location for visiting Las Vegas. The rooms are spacious and clean but slightly 'tired'. Overall for the price paid it was well worth the money. Prices quoted on the web site do not include resort tax of $22.40 per night. If you're going to the Grand Canyon this is about a 2 hour ride away. The swimming pool and surroundings are overlooked by the Eiffel Tower and are spotless with towels provided.

Welcoming very cold. Representative was in a rush, so she was polite but we noticed she wanted to serve as much customers as possible, saying that everything was explained in the welcoming kit Did not explained what was included and what wasn't Wifi was available for extra charge, but last day we realized that welcome kit said there was free for up to two devices. Bad luck we didn't read that since day one Breakfast was supposed to be included but actually we needed to pay extra $9 p.p. to get a muffin and caffe. Didn't worth it! We got early so they indicated we need to pay $20 usd fee for early check in. Such extra charge was never mentioned when in reservation Parking lot dirty, old and rusty. Rest of resort marvelous!

We stayed in a room with 2 queens sized beds and the room was very clean and spacious. Staff we met were all friendly. We did have a problem with a group of girls in the rooms opposite coming in at 3 and shouting and banging doors until 5 but I guess in Vegas this can be expected and no fault of the hotel. The pool was surreal, sitting on a lounger looking up at the Eiffel Tower and hearing the Bellagio fountains every 1/2 hour. There were plenty of loungers so no worries about getting one. No umbrellas but plenty of shady areas. Drinks were not too expensive either. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel due to its location centre strip. There is a frequent bus service which stops right outside. This is the 7th time my husband and myself have been to Vegas and this is the best hotel we have stayed in.

My wife and I have spent a week at Paris and, considering the hugeness of the hotel, everything was impersonal but correct. We had booked our stay with almost 3 months in advance and we have paid mere U$ 688.72, taxes and continental breakfast at Bally's included. The only extra charges that we had to pay were the U$ 20.00 daily resort fee, what included in-room internet and local calls for free. Definitely we cannot complain about the cost of our 7 day stay in a classy hotel.

New hotel, very big rooms, excellent location! I didn't like a breakfast, because they give you some coupon with 9$, and you need to go to hotel Bally and you have small choice, for example 1coffee and 1 croassan that's all or sandvich with coffee (the price 9$) and then you pay tax from the breakfast. So the hotel Paris is really good!

It is very unfortunate thet I have to give a poor rating to the staff competence because of just one person who did not behave according to your standards of your hotel or any hotel anywhere. Upon arrival by car we were received by the car valet staff in the normal friendy manner. I did ask for help for the luggage and a bellman was called who got to our car promply. However this man was extremely unfriendy and rude. To make matters worst he made the following unqualified remark to me and my wife : " today people should not travel with so much luggage anymore ". To top this he pulled out the luggage from the car without lifting it causing scratch marks on the bumper of the car. All other staff deserve the "10" rating.

Had a wonderful stay at the Paris. The location was great and very accessiable to the other hotels. Three great restrauants on the premises. We had a beatiful view from our room, which included the Eiffel Tower and the swimming pool. On our next visit to Vegas, we will definitely stay at the Paris. By the way, price was right.
