When we checked in it did take a long time even though it was middle of the night...once in room I found a dirty used face cloth on top of shower curtain.. there was hair in tub drain and on floor of bathroom... my husband found hair in bed when he pulled back the blanket to get in... the tv remote took me bout 20 min to find as it was UNDER the nite table between the beds... one of the days housekeeping came in they didnt make our beds and didnt vacuum....be great if ALL the rooms came with a microwave and small fridge...

I will pay the extra money to stay somewhere else next time.We will never stay there again. Terrible view, I paid $300plus for a room that has a outdated tv and a shower knob that was so hard to turn nobody in my family could turn it but me. Wont do it, cant do it

If I were going to stay at Circus Circus again, I would not book a room for the manor. The rooms are quite dated and include a 10 minute walk to get to the casino.

My overall stay at the hotel was great... The staff at the front desk was so helpful.. He upgraded my room at no cost cos of the miscommunication between me and venere about the resort fee... I was suppose to be staying at the Manor building but end up staying at the west building. Beautiful n clean room...

Nice stay. Check-in was not bad. took about 15-20 mins at ~3:30pm sunday. Rooms were nice and clean and fairly updated (west tower). Only downside was no microwave or fridge. Adenturedome was fun for the kids as well as midway. Good deal on a budget.

The only staff that seemed happy to see me wound up being a sales shill for a times share. The desk staff were polite but overworked. The concierge, when asked directions, put me right in construction traffic. Later I found out one block over was clear. OK, she didn't know. But it was on the road the "resort" is on. She should know about situations that close. I loved the circus acts there. It was the whole reason I wanted to go there. But they were too few and acts too far between. Overall, hotel was adequate, nothing special.

Most my stay was sufficient for my needs. The staff was great friendly and helpful. The part I was bothered about was my room did not have a refrigerator. Because most hotels have at least a small unit I assumed circus circus would have. I needed it. So My next visit I will be checking for this amenity before book.

The room had nothing to do with our discontentment. It was the service and the runaround of the staff that we couldn/t find our treasured bean giraffe that we left in the room by accidents. None of the staff did nothing to find our precious giraffe. We got different stories from the different people that we spoke and we even went back on 4/21 spoke to security and than to lost and found, none had answers for us and we came home without our precious beenie giraffe.

The hotel room was perfectly fine, fairly large and clean. I would say definitely worth the money. It can be a bit of trek from there to the other end of the strip. Hotel staff was friendly and the late check out and storage service for suitcases came in handy

We booked a west tower room and were glad we did after seeing the other wings. The buffet was simply awful, don't waste your time in trying it! Location is quite far out but the Deuce bus stops right outside and covers the strip, freeman street as well as the shopping outlets. I was under no illusion when I booked this hotel and if you are on a budget its fine but when I return to Vegas I will spend a but more money for better facilities and more luxury.

You must know that the Manor section is in fact a hostel, and it's terrible. Then we moved to the hotel itself, the tower. Our view was to a roof with huge air-cons. Those made a lot of noise all the time. The buffet is pretty poor, we did not like it much.

Huge quiet suite and very helpful staff. This was value far beyond the money we paid. The location is a bit far from the main hub of the strip, but it is walkable and the Deuce bus made getting around easy.
