The staff is very helpful and friendly. Always trying to do the best. Unfortunately the hotel itself is a little bit worn, but still in a good shape. Beds are definitely OK. But typical is that the WC is fluching water over the floor, but on the other hand no problem to change room. The odour from the aircon is like a towel that has been whet for a month. Cleaning/ changing filters are needed. But thanks to the amazing personel, our stay was relaxing.

Hotel surroundings rated 3 because of poor outlook to the south from our room. Lobby too hot - no airconditioning. Simon,one of the receptionists,was brilliant and deserves special mention for making us feel special. Wish the same could be said about the mini-train driver.

Spacious, 3 pools one beach not happy wıth smoking ın casıno this day and age otherwıse a reasonably nice place maybe a wee bıt to short of a stay to give the real value of the benefıts of the hotel

The castle and harbour and picturesque as is the surrounding scenery. Very friendly people in shops, restaurants etc. Booked as a single traveller but allocated a large twin with sea view. The walls are very thin though and could hear neighbours conversations.
