Cozumel & Resort - Cozumel

The meals are awful, this hotel is not a real "All Inclusive" quality. We would not stay any more, nor recommend it. Needs urgent refurbishment. Stay in Cozumel only if you like diving, is the only thing to do.

My husband and I stayed here for one night and were very pleased with the accommodations. Spent many hours by the pool which was wonderful and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We did not dive while in Cozumel this trip, however, were very impressed by the locker set-up and pick-up process from the beach side of the Hotel Cozumel. Well groomed "beach" with many chairs to lounge on with a great entry area for snorkeling and swimming. Would definitely recommend staying at the Hotel Cozumel and will likely book here again on our next trip.

We had a little trouble with the late night customer service staff, but everyone else was very welcoming and helpful. The pool and beach club areas are beautiful, and the rooms are clean, functional and plenty big. We didn't eat at this hotel, but a few people we were staying with did and said the food left a lot to be desired. There is a great place to eat about a quarter of a mile south, right next to the lighthouse. The food there was great, the prices were good, beach side location and the margaritas were very generous with the tequila. (ask about sitting in the beach pool!) The first room we stayed in had a set of double beds, and the second a king. The king size bed we had was rock hard, but the doubles we had were decent. We did end up changing rooms, but the hotel was very accommodating once we were dealing with the day staff and the actual resort manager. I'd stay here again!

Great value, close to town

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. They seemed very willing to go the extra mile for whatever request that I had. The pool was beautiful and wonderful to swim in with my little daughter. The staff would offer you drinks but not all the time where one feels pestered by the wait staff.
