Restaurant/DiningEating at this resort hotel is a real treat. The Il-Merill Restaurant enjoys a beautiful view of the sea and invites guests to choose local specialities as well as European dishes from both set and à la carte menus.
At the Island's Edge Bistro, there is a wide choice of snacks, pizza, pastas, grills and burgers to choose from. This bistro opens out onto the main pool and the beach, allowing you to take away food and drink and eat outside.
There is also another fantastic outside eating option during the summer, as BBQ's are held on Friday nights. A pasta starter, grilled steak, grilled fresh fish and chicken wings and spare ribs in BBQ sauce, salads and local wine are all served at this Bacchanal-like feast. -

Overall service and staff very incompetent. lukanda mitluqa. thallas hafna ghas-servizzi li tiehdu. staff veru inkompetenti, barra xi whud. storbju fil kamra u heather bil hsara. hotel scadente per il servizio che offre. personale incompetente e in alcuni casi maleducato. camere rumorosissime e in piu nel nostro caso con il climatizatore guasto.

Paradise Bay offers large buffet suppers but quality is not what you would expect from a medittereanean resort, rather Brittish boarding school food. Is the only real downside, but Malta has plenty good restaurants to offer.

The comfy and cosy guest rooms at the Paradise Bay Resort Hotel are suitable for up to triple occupancy, as well as giving you the possibility of adding a cot or an additional bed if necessary.Looking out either to the vast expanses of the Mediterranean, the swimming pool, or into the tranquil bay, these guest rooms are peaceful places to stay. The bay-view rooms are also especially warm during the winter months.
With so many brilliant amenities within each room, you are sure to find everything you need, such as a satellite TV with a radio, and a trouser press. Also, remember that you can stock the mini bar with your own drinks or decide to have the hotel stock it for you.
