Had a fantastic stay in Bled, and at the Park Hotel in particular. Despite the fact that there were hundreds of guests there from the Rowing Championships keeping them busy, we felt that the hotel staff were welcoming, efficient and pleasant. The breakfasts were huge and delicious. The pool and gym (free use of both!) were quite pleasant.Sattlite t.v. was well-provided for on the room's (old-fashioned) t.v.The parking was free. The room was very large, and we had a lovely balcony. Despite a mix-up (we were given a Lake-view room) we were not charged the additional fee for this 'upgrading'. Only two negative comments: One, the so-called Air Conditioning (only provided in the more expensive Lake-view rooms, we found out) has absolutely NO effect in hot weather. Two, the showers have no water pressure. Still, highly recommended!
