Very comfortable, clean, and friendly! Morning breakfast was very good with a nice choice of both hot and cold selections. Location was convenient to gastown, excellent restaurants, and cruise ship. Would definitely recommend for those wanting a excellant hotel for a great price.

I was initially given the noisiest room in the hotel - 214. Any room that is _14 is noisy being on the street front and right by the elevator. On complaint the first night I was told I couldn't change rooms because they were full. Next morning I complained again, was referred to the duty manager and changed to a quieter room. As a solo female traveller I felt yet again I'd been given the worst deal. I'd tolerated the poorer rooms in hotels up until that point but complained bitterly this time because I felt I had done more than my share of accepting the worst on offer. Regarding recommending and staying again, I'd be very careful and spell out what I wasn't prepared to accept. If Ramada were happy to accept what I want, then I'd stay and recommend to others.
