I was almost turned away from this estabishment due to the management 's not having a confirmation no# from Venere. We were told no rooms were availible because Venere didn't check back to see if a Ramada confirmation no# was verified. I wouldn't leave so they finally found a room. I was dropped off so I would have been stuck to find another hotel.
