Overall a good hotel to stay- very central but quiet location, rooms are good and clean- and as small as in general in NY. Only the breakfeast is minimalistic - but I am european, may be not an important thing for US people. Everything else fine, services good- I can recommended it

The hotel is comfortable, the staff very friendly and serviceable, breakfast is ok (the room to small for such a big hotel). The only big problem is the outside noise; even on the 9th floor it was perfectly audible. Overall, however, it's a good place to stay.

Ramada East Side a wonderful place to stay. Rooms are nice and very clean, we where at last floor 12 floor room 1206 nice view, the room was quiet from the traffic you could only hear a little noise from the air condition machine on the roof but doesn't bother to have a good sleep. The beds where big and confortable. In room you have TV and apple music station to recharge you apple ipod o iphone, a coffe machine, iron and a secure where you can fit a pc or mac. The included breakfast is complete you have muffins, donuts, bread, egs, coffe, orange juice, tea, fruit. At the recepion there is Harry that will give you any support you need with a smile, courtesy and professionality. Nearby the hotel there is a lots of nice places to eat or take a tea like penelope. the location is perfect on line 6 subway (28th street lexitong) that will take you everywhere you need in new york. If i'll be back in NY i'll book again these hotel.

Clean rooms, but little. Nice position. Good sorroundings. Close to the subway. Breakfast included: this is not frequent in NY.

I was forced to accept a smoking room - no choice. Even though we were spending the night there so my husband could recover from sinus surgery! I will never use your website again as I don't remember any indication of this when I booked it.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in NY. Ramada Eastside was more or less as we'd expected altho initially the reception wasnt as helpful as they ended up being!We were extremely disappointed initially as we had to share a bed. This was especially annoying as we are 2 female friends and were very tired after a long journey from the North of England (change of flights in Amstderdam). I had telephoned twice from the UK to ensure that we would have a twin bedded room. However this was resolved the next day. We were given a very spacious comfortable and quiet room. Italian Restaurant next door, served delicious meal. Also pizzahouse on corner (name began with Z!) was v good, a fun place good for people watching.. Overall I would (& have already)recommend Venere & Hotel.

The Ramada Eastside hotel offers tastefully decorated guest rooms, all featuring a private bathroom with hair dryer.Each room comes with free wireless Internet access, free calls within the U.S., cable TV, Movies on Demand & Nintendo video games, iron and ironing board, cordless speakerphone with voicemail, in-room safe, radio alarm clock (MP3 compatible), iHome (audio system for the iPod), work desk, free coffee making facilities, individually controlled air conditioning and heating, and more!
Larger rooms are available for families or business meetings, and baby cribs can be provided on request.
Baby cribs are included in the price. Up to three children under 13 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. One older child or adult is charged USD25 per night in an extra bed. Up to two further older children or adults are charge USD15 per night per person when using existing bedding. Maximum capacity of extra beds/baby cribs in a room is 1. Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel. Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
