some weaknesses with the in room breakfast service where a small number of things were forgotten every day such as yoghourt ordered , spoon , cup . The menu at the restaurant was relatively limited in its choices and quite expensive. Also the lack of coffee and tea service inside the bedroom is not acceptable from this category of hotel , compared for exemple with the 3 stars Novotel chain hotels in France.

Excellent and stylish hotel in a perfect location. This was our second time in this hotel. The only thing that has annoyed us is this time that regardless of what the type of breakfast chosen, you get charged EUR 28 per person. Breakfast used to be a la carte here. Otherwise, this place is a very good choice.

Very noisy room!!

Only problem: the hotel seems still to be suffering from growing pains. The wireless did not work--they set us up as best they could with wired service. Also, though the room had air conditioning, it got quite warm and it was difficult to adjust the temperature. Other than that, the hotel had a very competent staff, was the ideal location in the city, great services, and I'll definitely return.

The location was great!!! You could get around very easy compared to the location of the other Raddision. I thought the price of the breakfast was very expensive for what we received. Only ate it once then found other places to eat. The rooms were spacious and well thoguht out,although there was construction outside our hotel room it was not noisy just inconveient for a view. Have already reccomended this hotel as a great place to stay.

Excellent designer hotel, but despite that not at all pompous. The place has an unassuming and relaxed atmosphere. Very friendly and unobtrusive staff. Rooms with modern and very functional interiors. Good size of rooms. Perfect location in Vienna's historic centre. We will definitely make this our hotel for all stays in Vienna.

There were (very noisy) works in progress in the building next (3 m.) to our room, from very early in the morning till late in the evening. If you are planning to go, better ask first if they are still on it.

A very nice hotel ideally located in the center of the city well within walking distance to the many wonderful sights Vienna has to offer. One of the nicer restaurants close by the hotel is the Martinelli offering excellent food and a nice outdoor patio. Another convenient eating establishment is the Cafe Central, virtually next door to the hotel.

El hotel es verdaderamente nuevo, bien localizado (al lado del maravilloso Cafe Central),las habitaciones son espaciosas, exteriores y muy bien decoradas. El cuarto de baño tiene una ducha grande, moderna pero con el inconveniente de que el agua se sale al exterior. El hotel posee un restaurante (comidas y cenas) y que a la vez sirve los desayunos por la mañana (por cierto muy buenos y de calidad) y también se encarga de atender el servicio de habitaciones. Este restaurante tiene buena comida, ambiente tranquilo y romántico por la noche. El staff del hotel es realmente amable y algunos de sus integrantes hablaban español. Recomiendo este hotel en el que pasamos unos días inolvidables en Viena.

Très bel hôtel, extrêmement bien situé. Personnel discret et chaleureux, design moderne mais chaud. Le restaurant est excellent et le bar H12 de l'hôtel très sympa pour prendre un verre de vin. Seul point négatif, la chambre n'était pas très grande et les fenêtres donnaient sur une rue assez bruyante, heureusement le système de ventilation fonctionnait parfaitement!

The hotel is very central and beautifully designed, the room was spacious and attractive. The main drawbacks: no buffet breakfast so one has to wait to be served - not very convinient; no free internet access in the room; 'free shuttle service' to the rail station as it is advertised on the internet does not exist in reality. Otherwise is was a pleasant stay.
