The Radisson SAS Alcron hotel originally opened in 1932 as the Alcron hotel and like its present successor, the luxurious and modern Alcron hotel enjoyed the enviable reputation of being the most popular hotel in the center of Prague.

This deluxe Art Deco hotel has been meticulously restored to its former glory. Much of the interior was preserved, including the glittering chandeliers, the rich Italian marble and the creamy milk glass that can be seen throughout the hotel.

There are 211 exceptionally comfortable and inviting rooms and suites with high ceilings and classic period furnishings, and two restaurants, the La Rotonde and the Alcron.

The hotel is located right downtown just off famous Wenceslas Square. You can either take highway D1 from the east or the E50 from the west.

By train
The main train station is just two metro stops from the hotel. The nearest metro station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

By airplane
The Prague Ruzyně Airport is approximately 15 km/9 miles from the hotel. By taxi it takes approximately 25 minutes, or 30 minutes by public transportation.

By bus
The city's bus station, Florenc, is just three metro stops from the hotel, or a twenty minute walk.
