Upon arrival, our hotel room wasn't ready. The "front desk manager" "upgraded" us to a timeshare unit, activated a key for me to approve the room, & upon arrival at the room, I found it occupied! Returned to front desk, she told me the original room was now available. Went to "ok" that room, very small, dingy & not what we expected. Not to mention the hotel is under renovation, no one mentioned that at all! She was very nonchalant regarding our needs & her inability to meet them. We left the property & she was nonchalant in regards. Made her no difference. I would NOT recommend this dump to anyone. Upon completion of renovations it may spruce up, but your front line of staff need a makeover as well. Highly unsatisfied.
