This Hotel is not upto the same standard as other Radisson SAS Hotels. The rooms are very bland and in need of updating. Customer service standards are very very poor.

The arrangement for a vehicle from the hydrofoil dock to the hotel was about US50. When I agreed to it I did not realize it was less than a 10 minute drive. The cost was certainly disproportionate to the service. I arranged the departure cab to the airport - much longer in time and distance - and the cost was a fraction. This being a 4-star hotel, I would certainly think that there should be morning coffee available for the guests without having to subscribe to the charge for an entire breakfast. The bartender in the lobby cafe needs to appear more cheerful and willing and more prompt with follow-up service. The desk staff were all very pleasant and most helpful. It is a plus to have several taxis dedicated to the hotel - much appreciated. The overall experience was very good. Thank you.
