The hotel was excellent but the staff were even better. If you need to overnight at the airport, this is the hotel to stay.

Prices did vary to what quoted, e.g. breakfast was told it was 12 to find it was nearly 17, 'Early Bird' menu was told on phone it was 10, to then find it was 17 - and nothing really appropriate for kids on that early bird menu (would have been nice pasta & icecream for my 3 year old son). Otherwise, John Harny - the Shuttle driver was a GEM! Very courteous (notlike other man who picked me up at airport) and 'looked out' for my son when he was (typically) running around in the hotel, w(whilst I was waiting to pay, ask questions etc) he really noticed where my son went and cared - he deserves a gold star! I told him I would recommend him, so please DO tell him I did. many thanks Karen Jackson - oh, shame there were no kiddie play areas/rooms dedicated to kids as hotel wasnt in this sense, child friendly, just a suggestion to reach a wider audience.

We already went to a RADISSON BLUE HOTEL in BERGEN ( NORWAY ) and the place was wonderfull. This hotel Radisson Blue in DUBLIN is ugly, VERY OLD, very old furnitures, the wall were old the hotel need to change and be repainted, from back to toes renoved. We had breakfast included and they charge the breakfast in the room in extra, we order a list ( orange juice, hot chocolate ) breakfast was completely different and food doesn't seem fresh...NEVER AGAIN

The food provided in the reaturant was appalling. I ordered a chicken dish which was so dry and over cooked I sent it back. The replacement dish of shoulder of lamb was greasy over cooked and inedible. I'm sure it had been re-heated a number of times. Then, breakfast didn't start til 7am. At an airport hotel I find this a bit ridiculous as we stay at an airport hotel for early departures.

Hotel bar was already closed when we arrived. Nobody answered my e-mails, staff is unfriendly. Triple room was a double room with an extra bed which was very uncomfortable. Too little space for three persons and baggage in the room.

I had problems with my credid card MASTERCARD...but with that, in Dublin, I took normally money by cash machines. I thought they had the problem with their computer. Suggest: Prepare also your cash.

ottimi la vicinanza all'aeroporto e il servizio navetta, ma da un radisson sas hotel mi sarei aspettato una camera ed un bagno decisamente migliori.

Excellent place to stay either to be close to the airport or even to spend time in and around Dublin. The shuttle of the hotel + buses to and from the airport make things very convenient if you're not traveling by car

My reservation was not registered, but the employees gave us a double room exactely at the same condition we had booked by internet. The timetable of the "airport to hotel" bus service was impossible to know becouse the e-mail questions were not be answered and that may cause some problems if your plane arrives late in the night.

We arrived in the evening, were welcomed at the desk, had a pleasant drink, and enjoyed our clean spacious room. In the morning, before we tried to navigate ourselves through Dublin, we enjoyed an ample breafast served by charming Mauritian waiters. Our one concern is that we felt there might have been someone available to help us with the luggage up to our room.

We encountered 1 problem on check in. The hotel had no record of our reservation. I had to retrieve my email from you...there was a tense moment before it was resolved.

We had requested for a non-smoking room and actually got a smoking room. The staff did not know the difference and they had to find us another room to stay in. The restaurant was closed because they were fully booked and we ended up eating at the bar where there were smokers. Other than that the shuttle service from and to the airport was great.

We had a very good experience at the Radisson SAS We had a nice traditional fish and chip dinner at the hotel's bar. The breakfast, though NOT included, was very good and they made special requests which were taken care of. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the room and everything. We would go back to this hotel and Dublin. They had a free shuttle to and from the airport, which we used. We were totally happy!
