I think the price is some what elevated due to the location of the hotel. The hotel should discontinue the early check-in fee, especially when the hotel is somewhat empty. Excellent service at the lobby restaurant. Free shuttle service to and from airport is a plus.

The room I stayed in was very clean, had good furnishings and was very comfortable. Considering how close the hotel was to the airport, one couldn't hear any noise from the aircraft. In addition the room had heavy thick curtains that blocked out the light, which is important if you need to catch some sleep during the day. The earliest shuttle departs from the hotel around 5:15 am, so if your flight requires you to be at the airport earlier, you need to catch a taxi. If you don't like the fare on offer at the hotel restaurant, getting something to eat might be a bit of a problem. I've stayed at the Radisson Blu three times now and have no real complaints to speak of.

Called ahead and was given totally inadequate directions to shuttle pickup point at the airport. Shuttle driver was rude and not helpful. Room key did not work and needed replacement twice. International TV channels were out of service.

The arrangement of airport shuttle bus is quite confused. The bus is too small in proportion to the number of hotel residents. Please enlarge the size and the frequency of the shuttle bus! Don't keep customers waiting for an hour!!!

We had been travelling around Europe for 29 days as tourists and arrived late at night . The staff was not friendly at all. They did not ask if we wanted to use the mini bar (we had no idea there would be a key!) and had to come back to the reception to ask for the key. I had to call reception twice to get the free internet access, it did not work and the person who I was talking to was really in a bad mood, in the end he told me to choose the paid option and that he would do something in the system so that I did not have to pay. Ok, no problem but he was not at all nice. At the restaurant the waiter would complain just because first I asked for a spoon (we had ordered a soup) and then for olive oil for the salad (he asked :" is there any other thing you want, so that I do not have to go back and forth so many times"!) I have been to the Radisson Blu Astrid in Antwerp for 3 nights, and there I had the best experience, the staff was always really nice , at the reception, the restaurant, everywhere, and the rooms were much bigger and much more comfortable. The food was incredible, much better than at the Charles de Gaulle hotel. We had other problem, we were 3, one person and I left at 7 in the morning and the 3rd person (as I told to the reception guy on the night of arrival) would pay the bill we she leaved (in the morning we called and they aloud my friend to stay up to 14h). When I arrived in Brazil I had a message from my credit card operator telling me they had billed my card for the stay!!!I just gave the credit card number for a guarantee and told the person at the reception not to bill that card for the stay! I do not understand why they did that! The difference between both Radisson Blus we stayed in is amazing, maybe the staff from Paris should do some training in Antwerp... It is not nice when you have the impression that people don't like their jobs at all... But well, I have been to Paris many times over the past years and I know most of the hot

Big modern hotel located near CDG Roissy airport. Runs a suttle service from the hotel to the Terminal 2 and to the train and bus stations every 15 minutes, thus allowing guests to visit Paris at their convenience. I arrived in the night, spent the next day in the city and the third day was taken to the airport quite on time for my flight. Spacious, clean, very quiet, modern and comfortable rooms, the biggest I saw in Paris and with good bathrooms too. Rooms a little hot, the A/C was supossed to be working but not very efficient. Breakfast too expensive (costs 20 euros), so I brougth some stuff from the airport, Offers pool, an expensive restaurant, recent movies (@ 10 euros a film), internet connection also for a rate. I certainly would come back.

The hotel is a short shuttle ride from the airport (~10-20 minutes depending on traffic). Good heavy curtains and double paned windows help keep out the light and noise from any over flying aircraft. Room furnishings are very comfortable. The room had an iron and ironing board. Also there was a jug with the usual coffee and tea. A word of caution about the bathtub, as it can be slippery if you're not careful. This was my second stay at the hotel. At the 79 euro rate that I got, I considered that to be a good deal.

The hotel has nice clean rooms and comfortable furnishings. The windows are double-paned, so you can't hear the aircraft flying into CDG. The curtains are good light blocking ones, which is important if you're trying to go to sleep in the middle of the day. The shuttle from CDG to the hotel is convenient. Although in general all the hotel shuttle arrangements on level 2G are a bit haphazard I think. Nice place, I'd happily stay there again.

Plus: 1) Airport shuttle between CDG and Radisson was great 2) Free internet was awesome 3) Reception staff were okay, concierge service was brilliant, restaurant hostess was horrible. <If you need to catch a early flight or visit Parc de exposition this is a good place to stay.> Minus: 1) No super markets or other restaurants nearby so this place is a definite no-no if you plan on staying for more than couple of days. 2) I left my data transfer cable while checking out, tried to call them to enquire about it as I was staying in the city for few days but their lackluster response was disappointing. 3) Restaurant was super noisy. <I assumed exposition center was close by but it took a good 30-45 minutes using airport shuttle plus RER.>

We stayed for 2 nights prior to our return to Vancouver to be close to the airport. Very relaxing atmosphere with excellent restaurant. Too bad the pool was shut down because of technical problems. Shuttle service very good, leaving every 20 minutes.

Grand hôtel, idéal pour les personnes en transit d'avion. Les navettes (gratuites) fonctionnent parfaitement de, et vers, l'aéroport CDG. Service stylé au restaurant et à l'accueil, très disponible. The hotel was very well appointed and the quality of the room was excellent. The food at the restaurant was very good. The only complaint we had was that the location was isolated from nearby restaurants, shops, etc. We found out on our return to the airport that there were some restaurants in a nearby village.
