Radisson Blu Park Hotel, Athens - Athens

Perfection would be an understatement for this hotel experience. And this is coming from someone who has been to a heck of a lot hotels. Of course there are better hotels in the world but the price quality ratio for this one could hardly be topped. Service is great, facilities are great, food on the roof restaurant as well as the breakfast buffet is great, and the pool is the cherry on top, literally. I would recommend getting one of the superior rooms on the 7th floor, overlooking the park, even though opposite and side rooms will provide a view to the Acropolis. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and the number 15 trolley takes you to Syntagma in no more then 10-15 min max. Do not believe anyone who says that the hotel is out of hand or close to a dodgy area of Omonia. Will be staying here again for sure. Regards to the reception staff from the Croats and Twitty

Nice clean hotel and the staff were very helpful and friendly and informative -they even informed us the areas to avoid after dark. The buffet breakfast was excellent (and the views are priceless) so highly recommended.

The hotel is being refurbished. the areas already done are superb and the disruption was minimal. Very quiet, excellent view from the pool terrace. We got a good deal on the room prices, but eating/drinking at the hotel was not in our budget so can't comment on that service. Staff were very friendly and informative. We stayed 3 nights and would definitely recommend. the surrounding area is fine. we walked to omonia tube as the green line was shut at time of visit.

Father and son. Park is a good 3 star hotel not a 5 star one. It has nothing to compare with the Olympic 5 star hotel that we also enjoyed. Parking on maintenance as the corridor in poor shape. nice staff and welcoming. great place for breakfast

Breakfast was outstanding,the roof were we had breakfast was gorgeous. with a view just in front of the Partenone. I was travelling with my son who is gettid the University degree in Archeology. The price paid in relation to the services gotten was more than reasonable. Should I go once again in Athens this is the Hotel where I want to go to.

A good hotel in a goodlocation

During our stay there were restauration works that were ongoing in the hotel: they were very noisy, and of course nothing was mentioned to me when I made the reservation. Immediately when I arrived I complained about the noise to the receptionist; she said that the works only started at 9am and would finish at most at 6pm, and that anyway the next day she would move us to a different room, in a quiter area of the hotel. Well, the noise continued until 19h30 and the next day started at 8am - so very difficult to have some rest; and the next day we were not moved to another room: I asked again to the receptionist (I think she forgot !!), and she promised to fix it - but nothing happened, and we had to stay in the same noisy room; in fact we stayed in the same room until the end of our stay, and with the construction always starting earlier and finishing later than what the reception told us. On top of that, the swimming pool was dirty, so it was really a pitty with the nice weather, we couldn't enjoy it any day.

Smoking at breakfast!!! I would only recommend this hotel for smokers. They were lighting up before they'd even finished eating and there was no regard for other guests-even the two non smoking tables had smokers on them and one gentleman even lit up his pipe! Apart from this we had a very enjoyable stay with fantastic views from the roof-top pool. The triple rooms are marvellous. It was almost like having a suite. I wouldn't class it as a 5 star hotel but it was not far off and you can't complain for the price.
