You could stress that the monorail would take the customer directly to downtown, and there would not be a need for a rental car. Could have saved me a couple of hundred dollars.

The hotel was absolutely perfect as well as the staff who was wonderful and very helpful to find us a room in their hotel for the price indicated by Venere the week-end of July 4th as it turned out that Venere had not booked our room!!! We were greatly disappointed by this website and WE WOULD NOT RECOMMEND VENERE to book your hotel room!!!

The sauna was out of order and there was something wrong with the hot tub which caused me to receive an electical shock when I entered it. They do not have enough parking for the number of rooms. But the staff was very friendly and very helpful and the room was a good value for the price. The continental breakfast was amazing.

The desk staff were very helpful, though most of the housekeepers did not speak any English and it was difficult to communicate our needs. The room was small. The pool was nice, but the whirlpool was not functioning. The biggest problem we had was that the directions on the web were confusing. Because of the set up of the roads, it was not possible to make a left turn into the motel parking area and we had to drive for some distance to make a u-turn which, in itself, was very complicated. Very difficult to access the parking lot. The web directions need to be clarified.

How to reach Quality Inn & Suites

By airplane
The Seattle-Tacoma International Airport lies about 15 miles/24 km from the property. Take Interstate 5 northbound towards Seattle to Exit 164A at Madison Street. Turn right on Madison Street and go one block to 8th Avenue. Turn left on 8th Avenue and proceed until the intersection with Denny Way. Turn left on Denny Way, go two blocks and then turn right on Aurora Avenue North.
Alternatively, you can reach the hotel either by taxi or with the Grayline Airport Shuttle, which runs every 30 minutes to the city's center and is accessible just outside the baggage claim area at SeaTac Airport.
