Quality Hotel Nova Domus - Rome

Location of the hotel was very good.Rooms were clean but breakfast not rich enough.

We were lucky we booked in a wright moment a room at the very sepcial price at les than € 10,00 per one night with american buffet breakfast: incredible. the hotel is good located: at only 5 minutes walking distance from the Vatican Museum and shopping area of Via Cola di Rienzo. the Metro at 600 m., in 4 stops we were at the Spanish Steps. The room was large and clean, the bath-room with Jacuzzi bath-tub, very relaxing. The staff always very attentive and professional. We had also good food at the hotel Restaurant. The breakfast was excellent. We will come again at The Nova Domus hotel and will suggest it to all our friends

This property is a bit difficult to find on foot. The breakfast is excellent. Rooms are comfortable, but a ventillation system connects all the rooms and conducts sounds a little too well. The elevators are loud, and rooms near the elevators are not for light sleepers. We had a problem with the noise level, but the hotel staff were happy to move us to a different room. Except for a few minor problems, an overall positive experience.

We enjoyed our stay at your hotel in Roma and when we want to visit Roma a second time, we certainly will stay at your hotel again.

Your hotel was a delight. Old world charm with modern conveniences. Your staff was very warm and accomodating. It was my first trip to Italy, and you made it swell. "Grazi"

We are travelling a lot. Therefore our jugdement is comparable. The rooms compared to quality and price has been horrible. The restaurant was very good, we have had diner. We surely will not return to this hotel, but to ROMA.

Near the Vatican and metro stop. Good value and very helpful staff. I would stay there again.

The hotel staff were quite freindly and helpful, however seemed understaffed at breakfast. The hotel was well located for the Vatican and not too far away from the Metro station. The rooms were clean and bathroom modern.

When we arrived at Nova Domus the exterior was not particularly attractive however to our relief the interior was very different. We requested a room with a view,and received a room with a balcony and a view of the Vatican. The room was quite compact however we were informed that this was the only type of room with a view. Breakfast was served from 7 to 10am and staff are friendly. The breakfast is edible and there is a good selection. The Vatican is about 5 mins walk and metro easy accessible. There are a few restaurants scattered near by, not as many as other parts of Rome though. Overall our stay was enjoyable. We got a summer special deal of 6 nights stay for two for 540 euro which was great, I don't know whether I'd be prepared to pay double(which is the price some months of the year),but I would recommend the hotel.

We have a great time staying in this hotel and I will refer this to all my friends going to Rome.

Restaurant staff were the main complaint about the hotel. Breakfast was provided with the room, but was lacklustre. The buffet was haphazard and poorly refreshed. The staff also lied about the breakfast- on asking if there was orange juice , the waitress opined the chef had decided not to provide it today, although I had seen them taking the empty jug away only 5 minutes before! A simple 'we've run out' would have sufficed. It was a long way from everywhere- a good 10 minute walk to the metro station to Rome and 10 minutes walk from St Peters.

Very enjoyable stay at Rome. The Hotel is best situated for visitors. Rooms were very quiet and clean. We enjoyed it - and we will come again.
