If a cancellation is made less than 7 days prior to your arrival, a fee of 100% of the first night booked per room will be charged to your credit card. If a cancellation is not made and you do not arrive, a fee of 100% of your entire stay will be charged to your credit card.You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 7 days before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
