We did not like the service at front desk. It was very unpersonal, some of the employees were rude and seemed to us that we were disturbing when asked for something. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the complimentary breakfast was one of a kind.

We had to sit and wait about 30-45 minutes before we were allowed to check-in at the front desk. The other thing I found to be confusing was the shuttle to Universal traveled only once a day - Once in the AM and once in PM; but other than that, things were very nice. The hotel rooms were clean and roomy and the rate we had was very good. I would deal with Venere again. Thank you...

The Quality Inn was very close to Universal Studios, which was a big plus. There are lots of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. It's also pretty close to International Drive and the Interstate for access to other areas like Disney and downtown Orlando. All staff members that we came in contact with were friendly. We did not have any problems whatsoever. Also, the microwave and mini-fridge came in handy. Breakfast was great! The only thing that we did not like is that there's no fitness room on-site...but there is plenty of opportunity to walk and shop nearby. I got a really great deal on this hotel, but even if I would have paid considerably more I would not have been disappointed.

I was visiting my daughter and girlfriend in Tampa and decided to visit Universal. The price was excellent, the location was right outside Universal and also included free shuttle and breakfast. The pool was nice. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay again!

The person at the front desk told me, at first, that he did not see a reservation under my name. It took him a couple of minutes and he eventually printed out a sheet with a reservation for a room exactly like the one I made, but I was never told whether that was the original reservation I made that he thought didn't exist, or if he made one up on the spot. Great stay otherwise.

Awesome hotel!!!! Loved the service and the breakfast.... It was so close to universal studios and the people that work there were so helpful in helping us find places and things to do. Would stay there again!!!

My wife and I stayed here as a last minute accommodation for pseudo-business. It was good for the price and convenient to lots of good stuff. The guy at the desk said there was no Giordano's nearby, but there was one we found about two miles away. When Giordano's is close by, any place will do.

Very surprised! Just stayed here 1 night as a "way-lay" on the way to Tampa, but it was very nice, relatively close to the airport, etc.

We stayed in this hotel for 9 days. The room was as described, neat and tidy. The front desk personnel were always friendly and helpful. There were enough decent and different restaurants only few steps away from the hotel. An extra-plus was that tickets for all the attractions were available at the front desk for a discounted price. A minor negative point was the noisy fan in the bathroom.

We visited for our honeymoon and although we we looking for a bargain and it was a bargain the staff weren't helpful during the day yet the night staff were.The room was clean on the surface but undersink and beside furniture could have been cleaner. Pool was a let down, very small and not an inviting area. After 4 days we checked out to stay closer to International Drive as there was nothing in sensibe walking distance to have a drink at without taking the car. It was OK for the money.
