Very helpful staff. The beach is just across. The rooms are spacious but bland. A bit of a walk from central Nice, but nice walk on most days. The parking contracted with this property is relatively far, with limited and often tight spaces.

This is a nice hotel that I have ever lived in. It has very huge space and it is clean.What the great thing is there are some rooms we could see blue beach!

We stayed at Quality Suites Nice Excellior in July 2008 (4 nights). All in all, it was a good experience. The big and spacious rooms are clean, well equipped and modern. The rooms are cleaned daily and the hotel is located right at the promenade (can be noisy at the lower floors). Basically, there is only one complaint - the breakfast. It costs 13€ (not 8€ as published on Venere) and it certainly is not worth it. The service from the kitchen staff is poor (that is why "competence of employees" is only a 7) and there simply is not enough of food.(!) In other words, make your own breakfast and stay in this hotel.

Not one bad thing to say about this hotel. Our room was more apartment than hotel - large bedroom, large bed, big bathroom, spacious hallway, huge living room/2nd bedroom, full kitchenette, and oversized balcony. We recommend stocking up at the grocery store behind the hotel and a half block away if you want to save money on food. We bought some basics there and then got fresh bread and croissants every morning at the boulangerie next door to the grocery store. The view of the Mediterranean was breathtaking and unobstructed. This hotel is about a 30 min. walk along the Promenade or 3 min. bus ride to Old Nice. Far away enough to be quiet and more reasonably priced but close enough for it to be very accessible. We would stay again.

Check-out: it is necessary to leave the apartments not later than noon.

Extra bed incurs an extra charge of €19,00 per night.
Dogs and pets are accepted and incur an extra charge of €6,00 per night.
Cleaning (except kitchen) is not included in the price and costs €15,00 for the studios, €20,00 for the 4-guest apartments and €27,00 for the 6-guest apartments.
