Quality Inn & Suites Downtown - New Orleans

We stayed in a mini suite, and it was the first time I stayed in New Orleans. I will surely be back. It was the friendliest, most accomadating place that I've stayed at.

Good relationship between price and quality. Good location close to the French Quarter but outside it. Friendly staff at front desk who wished to help book trips, store luggage etc. Generally a nice experience.

Great service and location to the French Quarter. We loved that the double occupancy rooms are actually two rooms separated by a bath! The staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. We will definatly stay when we return to NOLA!

A basic hotel that covers all of your needs with a friendly staff that provide excellent customer service. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at Quality Inn.Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We were very close to almost everything.They have a parking garage and you can walk to most places. We would definetly stay there again.

Very well situated close to the French Quarter, the CBD and the public airport bus (bus doesn´t stop downtown at weekends). Everything within walking distance. Very helpful and friendly staff. Complementary breakfast (plastic flatware, polystyrol plates). Good party atmosphere in the French Quarter at prolongued weekends. I had 2 stays at the hotel, the first room was very good, the second was OK. When I came back the receptionist said "Welcome back home, Dr. Michael". That was nice. The staff also offered me the computer in their office so I could print out my boarding pass for my flight.

El personal del hotel fue muy amable,nos dieron indicaciones de lugares de interés en los alrededores. El desayuno buffet esta muy bien, incluye pancakes y waffles ( de diferentes tamaños) que te prepara un cocinero,y muchas otras cosas. La habitacion era bonita y tranquila.La ubicacion es muy buena, se puede ir caminando al French Quarter en unos 5-10 minutos

The hotel is located in a quite place close to the most popular places in downtown. The employees are very friendly and always available for suggestions.

For price and location this was an excellent deal overall.

Although it was not perfect, our stay at the Quality Inn was excellent in many ways. The staff was extra nice, and made us feel very welcomed. The rooms were mostly clean, but a little rough around the edges. The location could not be better... just a few blocks away from all the sights, sounds, and smells of New Orleans. An excellent choice for value hotels in the city.

My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised by the Quality Inn & Suites. We booked late for the National Championship game and were not sure what to expect. What we got was a great hotel at a very reasonable rate. We were greeting at the front desk by very friendly and helpful people every time we walked through the lobby. I even received an e-mail from the manager apolgizing that he was on the phone when we checkout. He wanted to thank us in person for staying there. I would stay there again. We were about a block from the French Quarter and felt very safe walking in the area, even at 4:00 AM. Our room was clean and very comfortable. Go to Mother's for the Debris Po-Boy but get there early, there is usually a line. Had dinner at K-Pauls Chartres street and it was fabulous.

While it is nice that they offer a continental breakfast, it isn't very good. It would have been nice if there were some fresh fruit or breads rather than pre-packaged super-sweet products. It isn't a very environmentally-friendly hotel. They had no option not to replace towels and used styrofoam everywhere it seemed. The room was nice, but a little cramped. The bathroom did not have a fan unfortunately, so everything kept getting damp due to the condensation. Overall, for the money it was a good deal. By comparison, other hotels in the area were charging quite a bit more. It isn't very far from the French quarter, which is nice. When they say "internet access" they mean via ethernet (they provide a cord), not wireless.
