We stayed here for an event at Wembley stadium. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Wembley. The hotel would benefit from a refurbishment and appears quite dated. The bed was very comfortable and our room quiet.

Was of the opinion when booking that the price included full breakfast but it turned out to be continental. Disappointed that fruit was from a can! (Fruit Cocktail only) Tea and coffee quite cool each morning. For the price I paid I would expect to get a better breakfast which would encourage me to come back again. Very nice Cleaning Lady.

The hotel was adequate to our needs, the size of the room, of the public areas excellent as their cleanliness but 3 negative points need to be stressed: - the single glazed windows, cracked in our case, let in the cold and the outside noise - the smoke alarms apparently get sarted by the steam from the bathrooms if the bathroom door is not properly closed and sound in ALL rooms- which happened 3 times during our 3-night stay including at 4 am the first night!! - the hot/cold water system is unreliable and temperamental: could not get any hot water on the last morning and had to do without a shower. On the last 2 points the reception staff were apologetic and pretended to be surprised but it's clearly a recurrent problem, which frankly ought to get fixed if the hotel management take their job seriously.

Lovely hotel & accommodation. I had requested extra pillows but did not receive, not enough cups or glasses or milk for the drink making facilities and had not been refreshed. We enjoyed our overnight stay and were very comfortable, the staff were very welcoming on arrival and when we checked out. We would visit again.

I was planning on staying in the hotel for five nights with my fiancé. Thank God we only paid for one night because the next day we decided to change the hotel. Quality Hotel Wembley was a poor choice. Nothing was working properly and the breakfast was a laugh. For £11 you got bread with nothing else but cheese on and some bad coffee. I will never go back there again. There are much much better and even cheaper hotels right in the centre of London.

PLUS:The tube was near, only 3-5 minutes . Room was big and clean. The continental breakfast was OK (toast, cheese, cereals, juices, coffee, tea, yoghurt, fruit salad) It was possible to take English breakfast paying 3£ extra. MINUS:In corridors and in the room there was frowsty smell. Windows were moist inside and there was moist in window frames. We have to laundry all our clothes when coming home because of bad smell on them. MORE: The Black Taxi from Heathrow to hotel late in the evening 62 £. Taxi order by the hotel early in the morning 37£.

We stayed 2 nights. On the first night the fire alarm went off 3 times. There was a gap of about 3 hours between the 2nd & third activations. On the second night it sounded once. We needed to sleep not spend the night wondering if we were in danger on the 5th floor. No attempt to excuse the activations or reassure us.

The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The room was clean enough but tired, with scribblings on the wall. The towel rail was hanging off the wall and there was no hot water. The duvet cover had holes in and the bed squeaked badly. The fire alarm went off about half eleven and there was a lot of road noise. It was a cheap night in a hotel so not bad value for money. Lovely breakfast.

We stayed in this hotel for one night. The hotel does have some good points, the room was clean and spacious and a nice air con unit in it that did the trick when it got too warm! Included in our stay was 'free continental breakfast' don't be fooled and think that you are getting a good deal here. This means you get some free cereal and tea, coffee or orange juice. I would recommend that you pay the extra £3 per person to upgrade to the full english breakfast which was actually quite nice and service in the restraunt from the staff was brilliant. Very friendly and professional. On the opposite end of the scale, we arrived at the hotel at around 12 after a long train journey down the country. We were told there was no way we could check in before 2 which was fine, we asked could we leave our suitcases somewhere so we could head out into London. The receptionist checked the room they had for the cases. He said that the room was too full and qwe couldnt leave our cases. We asked if there was any other alternative like leaving them behind reception. He said this wasn't allowed. Even though we could see a cases behond reception that someone had left. He suggested we go in the bar or for a walk round Wembley until the room was ready. Not really helpful. All in all the man on reception was very rude and very unhelpful. Just other things that might have made the hotel a nicer experience little things like to get to the rooms you have to walk past reception and the staff are just sat at reception they don't even look at you. That just sums up the attitude of the reception staff not friendly and not professional. A shame as it ruins a nice hotel. During the night at about 2am the radiator started making a loud noise. This lasted about 10 minutes before we rang reception and a nice polite member of staff came up to see what was wrong and helped fix it for us. I would not stay here again and I wouldn't recommend it either

The room was excellent and the food both in the restaurant and the breakfast was far better than we expected.Usually food in hotels is crap, not much of it and luke warm, but the food at this hotel was wholesome, well cooked and of a rather good quality. I am not talking silly restuarant fancy--I am talking of good quality food I would expect to have at home--well done all. We will be back later in the year when the weather warms up a little

In general, I liked my stay at the Quality Wembley Hotel. What bothered me, a lot, was that the shower didn't work. Or I didn't know how to get it started. I couldn't turn the wheel. Great staff. Friendly efficent team. Accidentally we were given a smoking room and Eunice at the desk sorted everything in 5mins. Take Metropolitan line from Baker St, only 2 stops. 5 mins walk from Wembley Pk Underground. N18 night bus from Regent St leaves you 10mins walk down Empire Way. In fairness the building is a little jaded but everything works fine. TV channnels need sorting. NO BBC??? Early 90's decor might not be to everyones taste but really doesn't matter for the great service and price. Breakfast menu needs updating. Somethings were fine. If the price location and service are great no matter how unnatractive the surroundings people will go out of their way for good food.

Celebrated 40th birthday in London with my wife and 2 children (aged 3 and 5). Chose Quality Hotel Wembley because it has a large secure carpark at front of hotel (free to residents) and is only 5 mins walk from Wembley Park tube station which is 30 mins train journey from central London (£6.30/day adult travelcard at weekends; children free). Hotel was excellent - very warm welcome when we arrived; family room was very large with 2 double beds; room was clean with good quality waterproof sheets on beds (essential for young children...just in case...); large TV in room...everything a young(ish) family would need. Arrived Friday 27th March and left Sunday 29th March (11am checkout). Left car in carpark from the time we arrived until we checked out, without fear of any harm coming to it. Didn't have breakfast at the hotel but went to MacDonald's instead (don't like MacD's, but didn't want to pay for a breakfast at the hotel that the children wouldn't eat...and MacD's was on the way to the tube station - the children loved it). In summary, excellent hotel, excellent location, safe carpark, easy access to central London...would definately use again.

At check-in I was asked if I wanted to pay in euros (£70stg). Unfortunately (caught unawares) I signed an agreement to this: "I accept that I have been offered a choice of currencies for payment, I accept the conversion rate amount and that the final selected transaction currency is Euro. I also accept that my choice of currency is final." So I paid an EXTRA 3.5% on my bill that I presume went to the hotel. There was no need to convert to euros as my Visa card happily pays sterling. I'll be on my guard next time (if there is one) against what I regard as sharp practice. This sort of thing particularly annoys me.
