Nice hotel, location was perfect between Paddington and Hyde park. To costly compared to quality. One of the worst hotel bed's ever experienced.

We had to be moved to another hotel because our rooms was flooded (or something). The staff handled this and our problems in an exellent way, and I will be glad to try this hotel another time.

Sizeable and super-clean, this hotel was well located for Paddington Station and Hyde Park. Easy to find and located on a quiet square in an agreeable quarter of parks and plenty of cafes, the hotel was a nice choice. However, the rooms vary greatly in size, breakfast is not available for all guests, and the staff was generally cold and unhelpful.

Unfortunately, basement room was adjacent to service entrance or air shaft, and noise was extreme until far late into the night. worse, though was lack of follow thru on wake up call each day, the second causing much stress catching homebound flight. nice hotel otherwise

By car Take the M40 (becomes the A40M) into central London and exit just before the flyover following the sign to the West End. At the lights turn right into Edgware Road. At the second set of lights turn right into Sussex Gardens and follow this through a further two sets of lights. Talbot Square is a right turn immediately after crossing London Street. From the M4 leave at the Hammersmith exit and follow the one way system and turn left following signs to Shepherd's Bush. At Shepherd's Bush, go around Shepherd's Bush Green and follow signs to the West End. This will bring you through Notting Hill Gate and into Bayswater Road. At the one way system around the Royal Lancaster Hotel, take the second turn on the left into Westbourne Grove, the first turn on the right into Sussex Gardens and Talbot Square is the second turn on the left.By train
