Ficamos extremamente desapontados com o Quality Crown Hotel. Reservamos um "compact double room", provavelmente o menor quarto que já ficamos em nossas vidas. O problema é que pelo site aparece uma foto de um quarto de casal normal. Pegos pela surpresa, fomos questionar o gerente, aventando a possibilidade de trocar no dia seguinte por um quarto maior. Nunca vi tamanho descaso e grosseria pela parte dele, total má vontade. Logo recomendo: evitem o referido quarto, pois estarão sendo literalmente enganados. Para não apenas criticar, a limpeza e localização do hotel são excelentes.

The room (double standard) was up yo epectation. No noises from the main road. It was very clean and the room service was done twice a day. Everybody was very helpfull and any small problem was solved very quickly. I found the breakfast a bit dear but there are a lot of coffee houses in Earls Court Road, just 5 minutes walk from the Hotel and nearby the Underground station. Bar was very dear.

The biggest disapointment was the difference between the discription of the accomodations and what they actually were. We arrived and were provided a double room which was squeezed between the elevator and the stairs. It was so small that we could not get our suitcases between the bed and dressor. When asked about the accomodations we were curtly told that there were no other rooms available and that we had been upgraded to an executive double. Others arrived to find that their accomodates were not as discribed and other arrived to find that the hotel had overbook rooms. Hotel managers were never around which left the desk clerk to deal with unhappy customers. The kicker was when we left we were charged 4 pounds to hold our bags for 3 hours. The hotel was clean and was in a great location of us but will be very hesitant to book on line again with Country Inn and Suites in that the accomodations are not accurately discribed on the web page.

As always in London, the room was so small, but this is not the fault of the hotel itself, just how the London hotel market is. Otherwise, for the price, this was excellent and best of all, clean and quiet room. The front desk staff were bland and indifferent, but they did not seem comfortable speaking English, so maybe this is why they were as they were.
