My room was not clean. I had a full garbage can. the bathroom was not cleaned. the toilet area smelled like urine.

We appreciated the spacious, quiet room and most of all the proximity to the airport, which was the reason we booked this hotel. Outstanding quality for the price we paid.

the airconditionning did not function in suite 422. When I informed reception about it, I was told that that was the way it had always been and that they knew about it. I was not offered another suite. As it was awfully warm in the room, I had to open windows and got bitten by mosquitos all night long. Further on, staff did not invite a group of drunken clients of the exterior bar to stop shouting after 1 o'clock.

On the phone employees could not give directions in English from the airport to the hotel. The best they did was "find the roundabout by the Mercure and turn right." The English translation insert for the hotel restaurant needs improvement. When I ordered "Sirloin Steak" from the menue I received raw hamberger. Not the steak you would receive in the USA.

The rooms are fantastic, the breakfast was also great, however the Front Desk Staff did not provide the type of service I would expect at a nice hotel. The Staff did not provide good information on how to get to downtown Bordeaux, and they did not recommend the easy, inexpensive Tram line. We were not expecting a concierge but coming from someone who has worked the front desk of a hotel, you should know the basics to answer very basic tourist questions.

The free shuttle from the hotel to the airport (on demand) and 14 euro for the Airport navette (every 45 minutes)to Bordeaux Center makes this hotel a good choice for a layover with enough time to sightsee. I thought the 18 euro for the breakfast was high but they did put out a good buffet.

The hotel was hosting a conference and the only place to eat was in the Michelin Star restaurant at 40 Euro per person. The staff were surly and unhelpful. We were left standing at the bar for 5 minutes waiting for service, when the barman was quite clearly in our view. Overall a very unhappy stay and I couldn't wait to check out - NOTE if you need a hotel close to the airport with friendly staff - DO NOT PICK THIS ONE - there are hotels much closer and the staff couldn't possibly be more rude

Très bel hôtel. Situé un peu loin de Bordeaux. Il semble cependant avoir un tramway qui passe pas très loin. La chambre était propre, calme et spacieuse. c'est près de l'aéroport mais loin du centre urbain. Les repas sont chers, trop chers et il n'y a pas d'autres restaurant valable tout près. C'est idéal si vous avez une auto pour vous déplacer pour faire les activités.

our stay was absolutely fine and fortunately the staff spoke better english than I do french so communication was not a problem. we did take a meal in the hotel restaurant that was of a good standard although small mistakes were made on the actual order but this did not detract from the overall enjoyment. would go again.

the hotel did not have my reservation (lucky me that the hotel was not fully booked). they forgot twice to serve my breakfast in my room as requested.

Es un hotel cercano al aeropuerto que no te ofrece variedad de comidas alrededor del hotel a menos que tengas coche propio. Cerca hay un centro comercial y el acceso a Bourdeaux historico es facil teniendo coche. Buen Hotel, tipico hotel cercano a aeropuerto internacional.

Ideal if arriving at the airport after a long day and just need somewhere to stay. Parking excellent. Isolated, but an excellent restaurant. certainly not intimate, but clean, modern and in a good spot if you need the airport and have a car.

A few minutes out of town but if you have transport it is an excellent place to stay. Restaurants nearby if you dont want to eat in the hotel. An excellent value for money hotel.

We were amazed at the price for two gin and tonics (inc 2 tonic) 24 Euros! in the bar. Obviously not the place to drink. The hotel price and quality otherwise was excellent.

clean and comfortable and staff very welcoming. This type of accomodation should have bistro food/cafe as well as full restaurant. As they are suites with small kitchen, an alternative would be a shop in the hotel where you could buy food to cook! I object to paying for broadband access in hotel rooms - the cost here was 6 euro per hour which is average for a hotel but still a total rip off. should be pointed out that it is in an area which is more or less an industrial estate and that therefore it is difficult to walk anywhere from it and you would certainly feel uncomfortable walking alone.

Competence of staff was poor, information asked at desk was not provided. Rooms were smaller than shown on web site. Prices at hotel were exorberent. (5 euro for a small bottle of water) Front desk staff need a lessen in manners..Arrogant, rude and extremely aloof..Hotel stay ruined the beauty of the area and I will not be returning..

This hotel was a surprise! We stayed there for just one night because we arrived late in Bordeaux and wanted to stay close the airport. The room has everything one might need including a small and cute kitchen, a wide screen tv with DVD and free parking. The only problem was there wasn't any restaurant opened nearby and the hotel doesn't have a room service available for meals just bread and cheese and drinks. But in the overall was excellent!

Very disappointed that restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner on the day of our stay. Not informed that the restaurant was closed until after we had visited the bar and were unable to drive to an alternative. This spolit what would have been a very good experience of the hotel.

No catering on weekends - no warning of this. Even obtaining a cup of tea was very difficult.
