Very good hotel, service, pool, beakfast, etc. The only problem was that the hotel charged 15.5% over venere rate. After a couple of unbelieveble excuses like the type of room I booked wasn't available, they said it's a hotel policy and I had to pay this extra charge of about U$S 300. (this charge was only specified at cancellation policies.) I used venere services many times in europe and never had this kind of problem.

ther are no corrispondence between price and level of hotel in web site. no changes og leevs, towel, never cleaned, no service, they have no idea how is an 5 stras service. Integral Paymentis when arrived! Absolutely no a 5 stars hotel. Is maybe an Half star hotel!!!!!!!!!!! I would My money in back!!!!!!!!!!!

The views from the property are very nice. This is an older renovated property that gives you an interesting flash back into the 70's feeling. Employees here are very nice and responsive. Reservation and rates were perfectly recorded and I had no problems whatsoever. thanks

I really enjoyed staying at the pestana bahia. My room had great sea views and at night I could fall asleep listening to the waves. Very relaxing. The pool location is great. Breaksfast is served at the 23rd floor from where one can see all the coast. Really beautiful and relaxing. Customer service was great. I felt like at home The only thing is the hotel is far from the center, and you need a taxi to go everywere.
