A very comfortable hotel ideally situated 5-10 minutes walk into town with very good buses if needed. Half hourly bus from the airport to hotels for 5 euros. We travelled with Easyjet. Funchal is a very interesting and attractive town. English is widely and well spoken making it an easy place to holiday in.
