The air conditioning didnt work the first night of our stay I spent most of the night on the balcony. my husband called reception at 2.30am to report the matter they moved us to a different room at 3a.m but we received no apology or compensation from management for the inconvenience

Ihave to say this hotel exceeded my expectations and I cant wait to get back there again only this time we will bring the kids.
