Good: Hotel was generally nice, conveniently next to U-Bahn station. Personnel was really helpful. Nice tiny courtyard to sit and chill. Bad: Room was overlooking to a neighboring wall. Internet was extremely expensive in comparison to other hotels and bizarrely extremely slow to a point it was very difficult to work.

Very well located in a quiet part of Mitte. Clean and modern. Well designed storage space. Flat screen TV. Right across from the UBahn. I would return. Very pleased with location and room.

A modern hotel situated in a quiet neighborhood of Berlin. While the location is off the beaten path, it is worth staying at for the staff and the rooms. Both the common areas and the rooms were terrific,they are new, modern, spacious, and very clean. All of the staff spoke very fluent English.

We were thrilled with this hotel. Had a room overlooking the back of the hotel so it was very quite. We stayed 8 nights. Some of the nights were very cheap at e79.00. Other night cost over twice that, so the next time we will book earlier. The u-tube is outside the door of the hotel and and it is on the U-2 line and very central. Club sandwitch by Room service was great and we had dinner in the resturant one night. Dinner was delicious but there was no-one else in the resturant. Breakfast was not included and cost e15 per person - it was a great breakfast but too expensive. The staff were so helpful and there were at least 2 people on the desk at all times. The place was really clean. Would definitley go back. Also worth checking out Paris-Moscow resturant. I cant remember the stop - but its in the guide books and it is the very best meal i have ever had. expensive but definitely worth it.

We loved our room, and especially the Philippe Starck bathroom, which was kept immaculately clean. The beds were ultra-comfortable, with soft white duvets and pillows. Certain amount of traffic noise in the mornings, although actually a very quiet area, in spite of being literally on top of the U-Bahn station. Breakfast was not included - we thought the full breakfast rather expensive, but they offered a quick breakfast (croissants and tea or coffee) for about 5-6 euros. The hotel staff spoke good English, and were very polite and helpful.We would thoroughly recommend this hotel, and would definitely choose to stay there again, as long as the cost was as favourable.

We stayed in Berlin 3 days. The hotel is well located ( walking distance to many city attractions) and junst in front of it there is a underground station...

Our room was very pleasant, spotlessly clean and very well maintained. Maid service was excellent, with towels changed daily. The only downside to the room was the lack of drawer space for clothes. Apart from the wardrobe for hanging jackets, trousers, skirts, we had to live out of our suitcases. Not a major problem, but one that could be resolved quite simply at little expense. We would be happy to return to Art'otel berlin mitte, and would recommend it to friends.

They announce the hotel as very modern and great design, but it's not that amazing. It's not worth it to pay more if you think you're going to be in an wonderful architectural hotel (great if you get a special offer as we did: 83€/night). It's very clean and in a quiet area. Better if you ask for a room facing the river. The breakfast is extremely expensive (15€/person) - it's better to go to a cafe near by (Nicoli plaza) or to another area. You have the metro right in front of the hotel. You have to pay to use the internet. The hotel is not too far from Tegel Airport (15 min by bus and then 25 min by metro). You can watch CNN in English in your room (all the other channels are in German, except one in Italian). If you want to watch a movie you have to pay 15€; you get the movie channel all day but it's too much for just one movie. Overall, I recomend the hotel because it's in a good area very close to the museums and the main streets (all walking distance) and well connected by metro and bus.

Very nice hotel. Very helpful staff. U-Bahn station is extremely close and the walk to Alexanderplatz and many of the Mitte sites is only 10min. If you like to walk and take the U-Bahn, this is a great hotel for quality/price.

The art'otel berlin-mitte is well located for use of the metro system. However, the hotel is more form than function and doesn't have much of interest located very close to the hotel itself, particularly by way of restaurants.

Perfettamente aderente alla proposta, la metro e proprio di fronte! prima colazione non è inclusa e costa troppo meglio cappuccino e brioche! se dovessi ritornare a Berlino sarei di nuovo qui.

Very good hotel with a good position on the East part of Berlin. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Forgot some luggage at the hotel and they shipped to America to my house. The facilities were clean and comfortable.

Although breakfast wasn't included in the price of the room, it was well worth the extra cost. We really enjoyed out visit to Berlin. The hotel is right near the subway.

Da kein Einzelzimmer verfügbar war, hatte ich ein Upgrade auf ein sehr schönes Doppelzimmer. Die Begrüßung im Haus war sehr nett und ich fühlte mich willkommen.

Overall we had a great stay, although a room change was required as not all the rooms had access to pay TV (?), and we felt that one staff member in particular was not as helpful as he could have been. Otherwise great!

Das Hotel liegt sehr ruhig. Durch die U-Bahnstation direkt vor dem Hotel ist man innert kürzerster Zeit im Zentrum. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, bis auf die Untermatratze. Tip: Lieber nicht unters Leintuch schauen. Das Personal war manchmal etwas überfordert. Die Zimmer sind ganz toll und zweckmässig eingerichtet.

This is an excellent hotel, conveniently located, very comfortable, and all the furnishings and appointments are extra specially tasteful and pleasing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly be inclined to stay here again
