In general very good hotel, excellent staff and very good location for travellers using train. But I would neverrecommend use reustarant in the lobby. Pour service and time of service is not acceptable. Also reservation by venere did not work.

Excellent location for Central Train station, Metro,Trams and Elizabeth Hall Theatre. The only problem was my reservation on arrival indicated the full room rate. Fortunately I took my e-mail reservation with me showing the discounted room rate.

Excellent location, underground car park right opposite the hotel entrance. When driving thru Antwerp lookig for the hotel though, it is difficult to properly identify it, as the sign is too high up! Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast OK, but on the 2nd floor which is not obvious.

From the Zaventem Brussels International Airport, take highway E19 Brussels Mechelen, then follow the indications above.
