THe new renovations have made a big difference. The swimming pool was also fantastic for our 2 year old.

The hotel was cold, poorly presented, the walls between the rooms were very thin and our bathroom door didn't close. For the cost I think it represented extremely poor value and was expecting a much more superior hotel.

By car
From M4 Junction 30, travel up the slip road to the roundabout. Turn right, following signs for Cardiff, carry on straight across the next roundabout. At the 3rd roundabout turn right and join the A48(M). Take the 2nd exit off the A48, sign posted Cardiff Docks East. Come up the slip road to the roundabout, take the 3rd exit to the next mini roundabout, take the 3rd exit off this roundabout and the hotel is located on the right hand side.
