We stayed at the hotel three nights in a business class double room and the "panorama" from the window is really nice. The room was not very spacious and the modern bathroom design not really comfortable, but the hotel is located in a perfect position for a tourist and also well-kept.

We are very pleased with the hotel. Friendly staff, a wonderful view from our nice business room over the TV-tower, perfect locaction of the hotel and easy access to buses and public transportation. Would certainly stay there again.

This hotel is a great value in a nice location in Alexanerplatz. It is a little hard to find -- it's right next to the Burger King in the large square at Alexanderplatz. The bathroom is right in the room, with only a curtain to go around it. There is no real lobby. The reception and elevators are basically in the middle of a small mall. Still, the location and great price make it a great overall choice.

We stayed here for 9 nights last season. We found the hotel excellent in almost every measure, but the best thing about it is it's location, right at the crosspoint of all public transportation in Berlin - UBahn, SBahn, 100&200 bus lines, and more. This is a LARGE city, and travel is always necessary, so it came in very handy to be near these stations. The hotel is not in the middle of the touristic zone, but some sights are nearby or within a not-so-long walk distance. Breakfast is not included and very expensive. This bothered us as we had to look for our breakfast elsewhere, and settle for sandwiches some of the days. Room and service were excellent.

We were for three nights there, it was amazingly quite eventhough it is a huge hotel, no noise whatsoever, the room was Ok , not spacious but enough for two persons, and it was clean. The bed is OK, and it is so easy to fall into sleep after a walking day. The surrounding is OK, and the location is great, it is central and in few minutes of walking or by the train you can reach anywhere you want. We didn’t take the breakfast cause it was too expensive (18 euros per person), we went to a café in the surrounding and for 6 euros you can have a great breakfast. The negative thing about the hotel is, no personal contact with the reception and the showers that are located inside the room, so if you are not a couple, this could be a problem but luckily there was a curtain on it. To summarize-nice location, good rooms, as tourists coming for a short period to discover Berlin, this is what we needed.

It was really bad to have the shower and washing possibilities in the middle of the room without any door! And from outside the WC you could look into the WC through a glass wall.

The Park Inn is very vell located for the buses,S-Bahn and U-Bahn and the trains. The staff is very pleasant and competent and helpful. The rooms are very modern and clean. It is a good value also. We stayed two nights, and then went to other areas of Germany, and came back on out last night because of the service and location.

Hotel located in the very center of Berlin in close proximity to the TV tower. We stayed in a room without windows. Eventhough we've been scared how that may look like it turned to be a great and interestingly designed room. I roecommend the property eventhough it is not the cheapest one.

The Room was less spacious than I expected, the View -which I paid extra for- was not very impressing on 11'th, the Parking was expensive and the Internet access was extremely costly. I will very probably visit Berlin again, but I will seek a more friendly and personal hotel next time. What really makes me angry, is the GREED upon simple Internet connection - this does not cost any major investment, but the Hotel charge an extreme rate for use by their own customers.

The hotel was in an excellent location. It was our first time here and the public transport was easy to get to and so were the tour buses, almost outside the hotel. The rooms were what to expect for a 4 star hotel. disappointed that they only one LAN connection in the room as we both had laptops. The only let down was the maids kept wanting to clean our room even when we had the do not disturb sign out. A very good hotel and fair priced. would go back again.

This hotel is in a great location and provides good value. As it is right on a major transportation hub, there are lots of fast food options right outside the door, as well as some pretty good sit down restaurants. The only problem during our stay was that the maid service was a little spotty - there were no towels in our room when we arrived (but they delivered them right away when I called). Sometimes they were knocking on the door at 9 AM to clean the room, but on another day they were cleaning the room at 3 pm and we had to wait to return until they had finished. Overall, though, I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed over a weekend at the hotel. We booked a panorama view room, so we expected to see at least something from the beautiful skyline of Berlin. As we arrived, at reception we were told that we get a beautiful room with a view over the city and "brandenburger tor". Well, as we got in our room, we looked at a plain concrete wall of a shopping center, ca. 10 meters away from our window... Any questions concerning room change or a possibility to make a reservation for a better room in future were answered quite bearish. There was also no possibility to get any view - the roof terrace was closed because of rain. The room itself was very clean, but smaller then described and all furniture quite old. Fitness centre contains of one small room without any window with 4 cardiotrainers inside. Nothing else. To get something to drink you have to go down to reception to buy it. Sauna was also closed during our stay. We didn´t book any meals.

Consigliatissimo a tutti.

4-star hotel, and it was definitely obvious. We were pleasantly surprised with how professional the hotel was, with regards to staff & services provided. Location was great, in the heart of Alexanderplatz, and a few steps from the metro. Room was a little odd as the shower and vanity were not separate from the bedroom, but otherwise nice room & great view. We were surprised the hotel had a casino, but they have a very strict dress code (suit & tie for men).

Our stay in Berlin was wonderful, the hotel is superb, it is very cheap if you take into account all you have! The best thing to me was being in Alexanderplatz, walking distance from Unter den Linden Ave, the Insel Museums, DDR Museum, also people at the hotel were very helpful and kind, and even we didn't eat there, we saw like three different places (one at the lobby, one at a higher floor and there was one where you can have a beautiful view of the city

We found a great offer to stay at the Park Inn for 65 €/night, which is an excelent price considering the quality of the hotel. The rooms are spacious and with awesome views to the city. The only drawback was the double bed, which in fact were two singles together, and maybe the air conditioning, a bit difficult to regulate. In my own case, there was also a problem with the deposit fee they charge in your bank account, because there was a delay of a week until they refunded it; but well, not very important. Great hotel, excelent location, I truly recommend it.

When booking I thought the room (Business 90€/night) was slightly pricey, but comparing with other hotels in the same area and the actual quality of the hotel it was DIRT! cheap. Althought the room was on the "smaller" side it was beautifully designed, clean, quite and VERY central (eastern part). It is very easy to get around Berlin from the hotel. The layout solution of the room was innovative and interesting, the glass walls (clear and frosted resp.) to the shower and WC didn't disturb me at all (with comany it could even give something "extra" ;)). The staff was very accommodating and service minded. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel, it's way too expensive but there is no problem finding nice cafés close to the hotel for half that price. The only "complaints" I have are the bad(inexistant) description on how to get to the hotel from the train station (Alexanderplatz). The train station is really very close, but it would help to know the right exit from the station. Being my first time in Berlin I took the wrong one and ended up on the other side of the park before I saw the hotel rooftop sign and turned around. 1,5 min walk turned into 15 min. Also, my room had a view of the comercial center wall next door, not very exiting, but it didn't bother me. Take a trip up in the TV tower instead and you'll get the best view of Berlin (don't pay to get to the hotel terass! The TV tower is MUCH better value for money!!) I highly recommend Park Inn, extremely good value for the money and I will certainly stay there my next time in Berlin. In addition, I recommend to start a short first-time stay in any city with a bus sightseeingtour, this way one quickly gets an overview over the city and can decide on what one would like to see more of during your precious few hours in that place. Berlin is a fantastic city, and deserves more time than a weekend, I will return :)

Reservamos 2 habitaciones tipo Business Class Double.

A very good hotel, excellent accommodation. The staff were very helpful arranging tours and providing information about Berlin. The staff performance was excellent considering they had to deal with some large tour groups as well as other hotel clients. The only negative was building works in the vicinity of the hotel caused some access issues to the hotel but the double glazed windows ensured that noise from those works did not affect people staying at the hotel. The spa at the hotel has excellent facilities, I had a swedish massage at the spa and it was the best i have ever had, but book your appointments in advance.

One of the in-house restaurants, Spago's, has some very good value daily lunch specials which are not always displayed on the menu at the entrance. The panoramic terrace isn't really worth a visit. The hotel is far from being a 4 star! The room is tiny (smallest I have ever seen at a 4 star hotel)! Also, the shower and the lavoratory is actually in the room as there is only a curtain separating them from the bed. The WC has a door, but it is made of glass, and is not well isolated - there are huge spaces beetween the walls and the door! After spending 2 days there, I have moved to Concorde Hotel for just 20 euro more! You cannot compare these hotels! The bathroom from Concorde Hotel is bigger than the entire room from Park Inn!

Great location, close to public transport. Can walk to several sights. Helpful reception staff. Might use this hotel again, but would make sure of the room's accouterments. We got an especially good price, but think it was because we were assigned a room appropriate for prostitutes, due to its clear-glass-enclosed shower stall open to the bedroom, with only an optional white curtain that could be pulled for semi-privacy. Otherwise, room facilities were ultra-modern and the outside view was spectacular.

Fittings modern and tasteful. Drawer/shelf Storage inadequate for a 5 night stay for 2 people. Toilet floor was not washed for duration of our stay otherwise cleanliness excellent.Great Location with fantastic public transport access.Hotel had great buffet breakfast - not cheap but worth it. We were in the hotel 4 nights in march 08. The fourth night was free. Nice place and really well situated in the center of Berlin. The double room is not very big, but comfortable and with all things you can need. The entrance is very strange and the receptionists not very kind. Problems: You can not paid with a debit card, but they are able to charge in your account only showing them your card number, the entrance day, your planned accomodation + 200 €. Then, when you leave the hotel and try to pay with this card you are not accepted and have to pay in cash. 10 days after we left the hotel, they have not refund yet the first charge into my bank account although calling them. All this said, without aby information by their side.

The various comments about the shower/wc facilities were correct but there was a curtain that could be pulled to add privacy. The bar on the ground floor was great staff attentive and food good. We didn't take the 17 Euro breakfast but went out of the back door of the lobby where there was a cafe which served a variety of breakfast meals at a good price. Excellent location in the city but I would recommend a taxi to and from Schonefeld airport. It is of course more expensive but the airport station is not very convenient when coping with luggage.

Very quiet and comfortable business rooms in a very well situated hotel.very nice overall view on Berlin,(too bad it was not possible to take pictures because the openning way of windows.Design as seen on hotel pictures. 6 Euros/pers too expansive to go on the top floor closed in the evening.Do not forget to put the sign out on your door, otherwise the maid will knock and enter in your room at 8:00 and every 15 next minutes!

Awesome hotel in an awesome location. If you haven't seen the bourne supremacy, watch it before you stay in this hotel -- trust me! For the most part, the staff was nice, but the housekeeping staff has no idea what "do not disturb" (or the German equivelant) actually means!!! Anyways, the stay was great and I'd definitely come back. Oh -- and it's also really close to some of the cool historical sites in Berlin.

Hotel recommended. I stayed there two times, first one on august and second one during christmas holidays. Position is excellent, very good undeground connections at Alexanderplatz. Service is very good. We forgot a painting in the room and I called back to have it sent to Italy. They were really very kind and helpful and gave me all the informations I needed. I would stay there again.

Our room was small but lovely - very modern and looked new - the hotel is very well situated for walking and public transport - we loved it. Internet prices were over the top - I think they should have been free.... Great spa treatments and good hotel restaurant with reasonably priced restaurants. Easy to get to from airport.

The hotel has over 1000 rooms and ONLY 1 person at the concierge to answer guest's questions. No privacy in the strange bathroom area.Maids would knock at the room's door at any hour to see if the room had been vacated. Vat and Breakfast are not included in the rate. Breakfast is fantasic for quality and quantity. I will go back to this hotel if the rate will be the same.

There are few that rival this hotel in Europe and even the U.S. I almost forgot what customer service was all about until my stay at Hotel Park Inn Berlin. Everyone from the front desk, maid service or concierge were extemely helpful and always with a smile! The location was perfectly situated downtown with easy access to the train and bus systems (not even a 5 min walk to each). I'm planning a summer trip with a group back to this hotel...I may have liked the hotel a little more than Berlin!

Excellent place to spend time in Berlin.Close to interesting turistic sites. This is my second time I stay in this place.Expensive but is worth it. Near to transportation and something much better thare is a bus passing in front of the hotel from Tegel Airport. That was great!!!.
