This hotel is extremely luxurious. It is expensive but then you get what you pay for. The staff are a joy and the meals are outstanding. However one complaint. We have two daughters living in Dubai who came to spend the day with us at the hotel. We checked with the desk to make sure that this was in order and had it confirmed. We were then horrified to be given a bill for 300 dirhams for their day with us, during which I might add, we spent a considerable amount of money in the bars and restaurants. We have never had this problem before in hotels in Dubai which we have visited over a nine year period. This has not gone down very well at the ITP Publishing Company where they work and which is the biggest in the UAE!
