Wheelchair accomodations - to gain access, we had to park on Tremont St - blocking traffic, putting up with angry hand gestures and horns. No greeters there - had to unload the van ourselves and find a bell captain inside the hotel. Then drive around the block (35 minutes) to the valet on School street. Same issues leaving - nowhere to load the wheelchair without blocking traffic.

VERY PLEASED! Being from Boston suburbs, we pass by Omni Parker House often and have always considered it too luxurious and too pricey, but made something out of reach feasible and fabulous! We have now finally stayed in this fabulous, historic, luxury hotel in the heart of Boston.

The room barely fit 2 beds, a desk and a chair. If I were overweight, I would not have been able to get past the bureau at the foot of the first bed. The TV could only be seen well from one bed. Nice room, good price but very small.

Excellent location! It's perfect for Boston first time visitors. Rooms are not too big, but who's going to spend so much time in there... Wireless service is slow and only at the lobby.

Venere is an excellent booking agent, for sure. Parker House is spectacular for its refurbished renovation. It does Boston proud ! Altho very polite, registration at arrival was a disastor of incompetence as they did not find me in their register and had no room assigned even at 3:00 PM occupancy time when they asssigned a room with two beds instead of one and the room was so cramed with furniture I felt like a sardine. I had reservations weeks in advance and arrived four hours early ! I did not appreciate the housekeeper beating on my door at 10 AM reminding me that checkout is at noon, not while doing my ultimate thing with my wife. The dining room has rediculous hours with very high costs compared to surrounding restaurants. The day/night lounge is excelent for quality and service. In room snacks are priced much too high also. I have not received my card staement yet but do fear what it may have for addons. I travel northeast several times a year but will not stay at the Parker House again despite its great location. Venere deserves five stars but Omni deserves but one from me, sorry !

A lovely hotel in an excellent location. The staff were particularly helpful especially the concierge Seamus. The service and food in the restaurant were excellent although the options at breakfast were a little limited. Overall a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

I was there in business and in all I had a very pleasant stay. Appreciated the gym that was open 24/7 and offered fresh fruit, and the possibility of printing documents from your laptop.
