Hotel is really quite and big but surprisingly receptionists couldnt speak english properly, they couldnt understand us. We missed morning coffee or tea in the room which could be free of charge. As well as breakfast should be included in the price you paying for the hotel. We haven't been adviced to use any facilities in the hotel. So, for the next time I would choose another hotel while staying in Turin.
