When I booked this Hotel Breakfast was included in the hot deals rate. I arrived at the hotel to be greeted by an abrupt Receptionist who proceeded to tell me that she was 100% sure that breakfast was not included. I also specified when I booked the Hotel not to be given room 1112 but again this genius allocated room 1112.Later we were allocated room 1117 by an excellent male at reception who apologised and said it was stated on our booking sheet not to be allocated this room. This lady does nothing whatsoever for the good of this Hotel.The Hotel itself is faultless, but the female Receptionist is abrupt and unfriendly and very poor in her peoples skills.Stayed June 16th arrived at 19.35.
