We stay in this hotel for 1 night, it was ok, the room very basic and small for a family of 4. The sofabed was very unconfortable, and made the room even more smaller, but it was just for the night. Breakfast was american stile, plenty of choices but it is not included on the price, 12euros each but children up to 15 dont pay, so, the room cost 24 euros more as all other places we stayed breakfast was included. Location is not bad to get to Venice, but not much around the hotel as it sits next to the motoway, but the rooms were very quite. I would recomend this hotel for few nights specilly if is hot, the swimming pool was a bonus. But nothing really special about it. Had a good service and when we came back from Venice late night and the restaurant was finishing service, they set the tables again for us (8) to have dinner, which was very kind of them,we were hungry! But no choices only pizza and lasanha wich wasn't very nice, but did fill us up till next day.

Buyer beware! This hotel told us that breakfast was included in our stay. When we checked out, they charged us 12 euro/ person per day...62 euro (about $100) for 2 people to have a very average breakfast. Very misleading and I was very upset.
