far from the altstadt, increases the price by 30€ a day for dinner, bcs restaurant at this is bad. internet does not work, when contact the loby they reply that is because hotel is full, but charge 35€ per week even if they know that it will not work. arrogant at the loby, when I said that I need to work a jung employe told me to change of hotel, I said ok, but they refused to give back the money for the already paid 16 nights. friends stayes at Innside hotel (cheaper and better,) internet worked, I had to go there for working. It means they tripple the rooms price for Drupa knowing that service would be bad. Televison set did not work from time to time, they knew but said was a pb with Philips TV set, nothing to do, sound was fixed and too loud. disaster hotel for business, not good for hollydays
