The staff service is very bad.He didn't remind us the breakfast is not included. So we spent a lot of money at the poor food. After we complaint to them, the staff said"that's your problem, because you didn't read the rule when you book."But I only need a remind...that's all...

Hotel is very difficult to get to and their website instructions are not correct. Booked a triple room on venere and when we got there we were told it would be an extra 50Euro for the 3rd person in the room. They would not budge from this even when shown the information on Venere.com. Hotel is well outside the city but only a 15E cab ride into Bologna. I would not recommend eating at their hotel restaurant as it was below averge. The hotel was basically empty when we were there and service everywhere in the hotel was not up to par. The rooms are nice, spacious and modern.
