The staff service is very bad.He didn't remind us the breakfast is not included. So we spent a lot of money at the poor food. After we complaint to them, the staff said"that's your problem, because you didn't read the rule when you book."But I only need a remind...that's all...

Hotel is very difficult to get to and their website instructions are not correct. Booked a triple room on venere and when we got there we were told it would be an extra 50Euro for the 3rd person in the room. They would not budge from this even when shown the information on Venere.com. Hotel is well outside the city but only a 15E cab ride into Bologna. I would not recommend eating at their hotel restaurant as it was below averge. The hotel was basically empty when we were there and service everywhere in the hotel was not up to par. The rooms are nice, spacious and modern.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in: the rooms are available at anytime from noon.
Check-out: it is necessary to leave the rooms not later than noon.

INCLUDED/NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE
Guarded parking is not included and costs up to €15,00 per night.
Children up to 16 years in the Family Room stay free of charge (up to 2 per room).
Wireless Internet connection is subject to charges. Details on request.
Use of the on-site Internet Point is subject to extra charges. Details on request.
Small pets are allowed at a daily charge of €13,00.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of late cancellation (afther 6.00 p.m. of local time) or no show one night will be charged on the Credit Card. For prepaid non refundable reservation no possible refund, no possible amendment, no possible cancellation in any case.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
