Wonderfull stay, big, clean and confortable room, very friendly employess and the better situation in Berlin Mitte, very near to City Hall, most important monuments and comercial streets as Fridrichstrasse, with an Ubanh stop near to the hotel and other facilities as supermarkets, pharmacy or places to have breakfast or coffee.

Abbiamo soggiornato con 2 bambini per 10 giorni. Non avremmo potuto trovare una sistemazione migliore. Non solo consiglio questo hotel (pulitissimo e con ottima colazione) a chiunque, ma spero di tornarci presto.

El hotel está muy bien situado, cerca hay varios restaurantes agradables y a pocos metros una cafetería para desayunar (el desayuno en el hotel es caro), las habitaciones están limpias, mobiliario sencillo y nuevo, bien aisladas acústicamente. Hay un ordenador en recepción conectado a internet que casi nunca está libre. Buena relación calidad/precio.

Very friendly. Rooms quiet and neighborhood quiet too. The room we stayed in for 2 people was very spacious with a king or queen bed, a couch, desk and large bathroom. Free internet access in the lobby was a bonus.

We enjoyed very much our 7-day stay in Novotel Berlin Mitte and we strongly reccommend it! If we had the chance to visit Berlin again we would definitely like to stay at the same hotel. (+):We checked in as soon as we arrived at the hotel, much earlier than 15:00 o' clock. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, comfortable, modern and bright. We didn't hear any noise from the street when the window was closed. The bed was very comfortable with extra pillows and quilt available. The bathroom had many amenities. The breakfast was excellent but expensive. There is a supermarket with a bakery in the next building which is very convenient. The hotel is wery close to U-bahn (Spittelmarkt) - the Berlin transport network is perfect - and in walking distance to many sites (Nikolaiviertel, Alexanderplatz, Museum Island etc.). (-): We closed the air-condition because it was not working quietly that was a bit annoying at night.

A bit stingy on tea facility in the room: two people but only one bag of chocolate, one of tea, one of camomile herbal, one of honey, two bags of sugar and sweetener. We both wanted to drink a hot chocolate and a camomile herbal and we had to ask for more bags.

The location is just perfect - close to the underground so easy access for every part of town. We arrived by train so easily found the hotel using trains. Being located so close to the new centre of Berlin was fantastic. It is only a five minute walk to the vibrant Nikolai Viertel with a wonderful selection of dining options and being on the Spree River a terrific atmosphere with lots of opportunities for dining outside in good weather and cosy places in winter.

Stayed in standard room, with overall good price/quality ratio. Direct location of hotel is not very attractive, and can be a bit difficult to find the first time, but as a starting point for visiting Berlin the location is very good. Best Metro station to reach hotel is Spittelmarkt (U-line 2). Very close (5 minutes walk) to neighboring touristic quarter (Nicolaiviertel) with lots of restaurants, small shops etc. Overall recommendation: positive
