Internet has an additional charge. Rooms are small. Other than that it's a good hotel to stay at. Great location, very close to Ciudad de las Artes. Complete breakfast (additional charge)

This was my first time at NH Express Las Artes and I think all was even better than I expected. Hotel location is excellent, just a step away from the City of Arts and Sciences, a short bus ride away from the old city center or you can walk along the river to the old city. Highly recommendable!

Impersonal staff. No safe, no mini-bar; would expect this even in an "express" hotel. In-door pool was closed for repairs. The hotel lost the water the second night. Woke up next morning the water was restored but the elevators were out of service. Not the type of service and quality one would expect from a brand name hotel. My advise to fellow travelers: fabulous city, Ciudad des Artes a must see; stay away from this hotel.
