Hotel NH Ravenna - Ravenna

Staff not welcoming , breakfast was poor and difficult to park .Only a few free of charge spaces infront of the hotel. A big parking but you need to put money . Not convenient for a long stay. Otherwise close to the town center . This was great.

The hotel is excellent, great location, great service and great price. I recommend this hotel to everyone.

This was the most luxurious place we stayed in Europe, but not the most expensive. For 75 euros a night, we got a free buffet breakfast - everything from 3 kinds of croissants to fruit to toast and eggs (just don't order it in your room, or you'll pay through the nose). The wireless was also free - in the lobby! Again, you pay 6 euros per half hour in your room. The only hassle was that the code they give you only lasts a half hour, but they're willing to give you more codes when that runs out. Be aware that the 'lobby' doesn't extend far from the front desk, or you may get nothing but error messages - still it's free! Our room was very spacious with a real king size bed, comfy pillows, huge bathroom and nice amenities, including a toothbrush with the tiniest purse-sized tube of toothpaste in it. The hotel is only a few blocks from the railroad station, so perfect if you're traveling by train, All of Ravenna is very small, so you can easily walk to all the major churches, mosaics, etc., and it really is a fabulous town. We didn't eat dinner in the hotel restaurant, as the prices seemed exhorbitant. There were international soccer teams staying there when we did, so one night the boys were talking outside our room, and you could hear quite clearly even though they weren't being obnoxiously loud, but they didn't stay late. Overall, we loved it (did I mention the AC that you can fine-tune to suit yourself)?

Good property. Rooms was large and clean. Breakfast was very good. Desk staff was not responsive. On three occasions I was at he desk to request assistance and felt neglected even though there was not other clients being waited on.
