Our first impression of our room was very positive: modern and attractive. Then we began having difficulties. It was difficult to control the temperature; we could not get the phone to work. We were under the impression that internet and wi-fi capabilities were available and free. This was not the case: the internet was free for only a few moments and wi-fi was not free at all. The public area business center was small, cramped and badly lit. Users had to stand. Staff was not very useful in helping us solve these various problems. The bathroom was modern and attractive, but the shower was a major problem. Unbeknownst to the one taking a shower, water from the shower struck the glass shower door so that it would gradually open outward. When the shower was finished the bathroom floor was covered with a great deal of water. Since we could not get the phone to work to call for help, we managed to quickly dry the floor ourselves with towels. It was an activity we did not enjoy after a hard day of travel. Maybe all our troubles were unique to our specific room. The best part of the hotel is that it is close to all kinds of wonderful attractions in Munich.

Expensive, because of a large convention on same dates. Very good, businessperson's hotel. Room was small, but very well appointed. Very convenient to train station and reasonable walk to the major sights of Munich. The area gets a bit seedy if one walks the other direction. Other than the price, which was higher because of the convention, this was a very good choice.

The room was much smaller than what I'm used to. I asked if I could pay more for a larger room, but only the standard sized rooms were available. I had a very good night's sleep; the breakfast was fine and the location of the hotel was very convenient to the railroad station and points of interest in Munich. If a traveller has children, they need a second room for them. There's no space to add a bed. All in all, despite the room size, I was very satisfied. James R Lombard Tampa, Florida

I stayed in Munich for the weekend. It was my second time in the city. I loved the hotel. It was next to the train station, so it was easy to get trains and to the subway. Very convenient for getting to the airport. The hotel was in walking distance of most of the things that I wanted to see. I would definitely stay there again.

I was extremely disappointed with the fact that the access to the internet was not free. I have stayed in NH Budapest and was facinated with everything, including the internet access.

GREAT LOCATION! GREAT SOUND-PROOF with GREAT VIEW! We arrived at 1030H after overnight travel and were pleasantly surprised we could check in early and take a quick nap. Our Room was newly remodeled and very modern and clean. The provided soaps and shampoos were great and in much larger quantities than any other hotel we stayed at during 16 days in Germany and Austria. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Munich. Short walk to Marienplatz and old town area.
