The early riders breakfast wasn't properly advertised by the receptionist. The coffee machine was broken and the receptionist (different one) couldn't fix it. Except these two issues, the hotel was nice and perfectly situated for early flights.

the Hotel NH-Munchen-Airport was perfect for our early morning departure the next day. We had a lovely buffet dinner that evening. Our room was spacious and a good value for the price. We didn't eat the buffet breakfast, as we departed early, but as usual the hotel buffet was overpriced.

They did NOT have our reservation. We showed them our confirmation number and they still did not have anything. They only had 2 rooms left and they honored your price quote and gave us a room. I am not sure I would trust your service again. I think we got lucky that there were any rooms left given that it was Octoberfest there.

Employees were rude and indifferent. Did not offer advertised shuttle service for free or time range. Convenient to airport, but so are alot of other hotels. Would not stay again; nice looking Sheraton down the road.
