Very nice stay. A very good hotel in a wonderful town. Rooms and toilets are quite small, but very clean. Breakfast excellent. Welcoming and kind personnel, always smiling. I will surely recommend this place.

Good value for this hotel. 5 mn walk from the old city. Quiet and clean room, a little bit dark even with light. Very good breakfast served from 7 o'clock !! I will return in this hotel.

First time at Jolly Hotel. Location is quite good, near center and old town. Room was nice, clean. Breakfast was great, what ever you want.We stayed in some bed and breakfast locations in Genoa years befor and the prices were much higher. So we would stay here again next time.

This was a relaxed and welcoming hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and slept like a log, which is very unusual for me.

The price obtained through Venere.com was substantially less than other options I had looked at including booking direct. The room was of a good standard although not spacious, with all you would expect of 4 star but no view. Good service and staff trying to please.

Happy with our stay over Easter weekend 2006. Good location for walkers, although nearby park was under construction and frequented by heroin addicts.

We centainly enjoyed our stay in the Jolly hotel. The room was nice and clean. The restaurant served perfect food, and the staff was nice. We came back the week after our first stay (as we had announced the hotel), but we had to pay mor, since we only booked for one night on the computer. Our wireless did not work in FRance.. but that was not their problem, haha. The second time the restaurant was situated in the bar, wich was not pleasant. The good cook was on holidays, so the food was not good. The vegetables were not cooked (raw potatoes..) when I mentioned this to the waitress, she said that the whole day clients would not eat the vegetables, but she forgot to mention that in the kitchen.....Misérable! The hotel is nicely situated, but NO GARAGE, so the luggage had to stay in the car in the street.Next time we'll try to find a hotel with garage....

It has been a really pleasant stay, the location of the hotel is excellent and I would suggest it to anyone who gets to Genova without car and desires to visit the town just walking

Superb hotel, only problem was there bar prices were excesive - 11 euros for 2 halves of larger! Nobody was ever at the bar and thats the reason why - you only make the mistake once.

Very good value. Room was larger than expected. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful with giving directions for getting around Genoa.

Great location, comfortable nice hotel, good value for Genova. Our room was comfortable, clean but a bit shabby. Clean bathroom. Very friendly, competent staff - recommended a fabulous restaurant within walking distance. Not close to Centrale train station, but well worth the inconvenience. We would gladly stay here again.

The coordination with the Hotels was perfect. They had all our information, and rooms were prepared. Check-in took no more than giving our names to the recepcionists. with all 5 reservations was the same. This way of travelling is marvellous

The only negative point is that the hotel does not have a parking place.The one which is recommended from the reception costs 20 Euro/day :( Add this to the hotel price if you plan to go by car.

This is comfortable hotel which is close to the main area of Genova. The staff are all helpful and friendly. I would suggest that the menu could be updated to reflect some of the specialities of the region.
