Comfortable and well-equipped hotel probably aimed more at the business than the leisure traveller, but nonetheless good and convenient for a short stey (we were there two nights). In a lively area with good shops, lots of cafes and restaurants, supermarket and deli. But itself in a quiet, part-pedestrianised street. Convenient for Eurostar (3 stops on the nearby metro, station Louise) and Brussels centre (tram 94, metro, or walk!. Breakfast not good value at an extra 20 euros per person per day - we ate at a local cafe.

This is an excellent hotel in a convenient location.Service was friendly and flawless; our room was modern, spacious and comfortable with a Queen size double bed - a welcome change from finding a 'double bed' made by locking two singles together as so often happens! Breakfast was pretty comprehensive - full English, continental, lots of bread, cheese, cold ham, cereals, plenty of juice and fresh fruit.Metro stop Louise is handy for the centre of town and also for the Eurostar station. It is a short walk from the Metro to the hotel and there are plenty of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. All in all, this hotel provides excellent value for money and we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Brussels, a vibrant, cosmopolitan city with a fascinating history!

Freundliches Personal. Zimmer sauber, ausreichend groß aber etwas laut. Parkmöglichkeit in der Hotelparkgarge 25€/Tag oder im Parkhaus Stephanie Louise 14,5€ - 5 min Fußweg.

Towels & toiletries not replaced after room cleaning and although the reception had this attended to within 2 minutes of being informed it would have been nice to have been given an explanation.

Our first visit to Belgium and our first relationship with NH hotels both in Brussels and Bruge. We are walkers, so it doesn't matter to us that the landmarks are not right next to the hotel. However, both were very well placed, and we enjoyed te surroundings. In both, Brusseks and Bruges the staff was charming and helpful. Enjoyed speaking in Spanish, French and English.

We liked the hotel's modern decor and the room was spacious, clean, and quiet, due to hotel being located on a small street off of a busy up-scale shopping area. We were there on a bank holiday so almost everything was closed and we didn't want to pay 3 euro per piece of clothing to have the hotel wash our clothes so we ended up hand-washing some. There is a deli just a few building down that was open, some inexpensive places to grab a bite on Charleroise Steenweg if you don't want fast food burger, and a restaurant on Rue Dejoncker straat that served Belgium cuisine for a reasonable price. There is also a local bakery on Ave. Louise that opens around 8am if you don't want to eat breakfast at the hotel; their croissant goes great with instant coffee the hotel provided. There were cups, spoons, instant coffee, tea, and hot water kettle that came with the room; life savers on a bank holiday. The hotel had a computer and printer that you can use for free for 5 minutes and print a few pages for free.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! It is located in a quiet street, near many good restaurants and close to the city centre. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and let us check in at 10am even though the check in time was 1pm. The rooms are spacious and clean and they even have rooms for smokers – such a rarity at this age! We paid discounted price but I would be happy to pay the full price – it’s definitely worth it. If I come to Brussels again I have no doubt I would be staying here.

Impressive staff, multilingual and extremly nice and helpful! The only criticism we had was the adventurous smelling bath and shower gel - best bring your own. Otherwise very nice, non smoking rooms available and very quiet. Just 3 min from the next metro station and shops.

This hotel was a fantastic first night in Europe. The staff were welcoming and had excellent knowledge of the area. Anything they didn't know they made a phone call or looked it up on the internet. The room was very spacious and excellent value. Everything was well thought out with everything we could possibly need, even a coffee machine! We recommend this hotel highly. ps we are from Australia not Austria!!

Absolutely excellent hotel. Very large, clean room. Well equipped bathroom. Service impeccable. Wonderful breakfast. Nice area of town full of restaurants and bars. Fine value for money. My only quibble: I had to pay for Internet access. If this had been included in the price I would have given the hotel a 100% score.

This was a lovely, small hotel in a residental part of the city--we especially enjoyed evening walks through the neighborhood. There are a number of local restaurants and a very nice supermarket nearby and a deli just up the street with prepared take-out food and wines if you want to eat in. The hotel is near the subway for easy access to the town center (about a 1 mile walk) as well as to the airport train which you can catch at the Midi (or South) station. The staff are especially pleasant and helpful, and the breakfast buffet is very adequate. We recommend the NH Stéphanie and would stay here again when visiting Brussels.

The hotel was in a convenient location, near shopping centre, with loads of restaurants round the corner. It was 20 minute-ish walk to the Grand-Place, but if you want to use the metro, then Louise is a couple of minutes away. We stayed on a Saturday night and paid 69 euros for the room, which was bigger and better than we had expected for that price. An added bonus was tea/coffee making facilities, although you might want to take extra tea bags!

a pleasant hotel in a quiet street, but so very close to one of the smartest and most delightful areas in Brussels. The hotel was very pleasant and most comfortable for our stay. We did not have breakfast there, preferring to go out and savour the local delights so cannot comment on this, except to say that it is pricey in comparison to the excellent breakfasts we bought in town.

Very good value for money at €70 for the modern, well appointed room, very close to some lovely parts of a great city. The only negative was the street noise with lots of slamming of car doors and loud discussions as people came into/left this lively area to eat/drink. Possibly an exception, and slept OK after 1 a.m.

The service and amenities were excellent, room was spotless and well maintained, and the staff was extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was less expensive than advertised (only 12-15 euro) and very good. A great bargain!

When we arrived at the NH Stephanie there was only one room left that was smoking. We did not want a smoking room so we were moved to the NH City Centre which is a short walk from NH Stephanie.

This was such a nice hotel, especially for the price. Breakfast was great, the room was immaculate, the bed comfy, the people friendly, and the location was great. We would stay here again in a heartbeat, I wish every city in europe had a hotel just like this.

We really loved the hotel. The only problem was that it took us a while to find it because when we looked it up on the internet, it wouldn't give us an exact street.

Its a business hotel with modern facilitis, not like other tradional hotels in Brussels. Staff can speak very good English, but not very helpful as other hotels. The facilitis are terrific. Location's little bit far from the MIDI station. Since i got 69eur/night i think its terrific.

The room was very clean and elegant furnitured. We had a room at the top floor, very quiet. The streets surrounding the hotel are quiet and there are lots of nice cafes and bars in the neigbourhood. Initially we had understood that the breakfast was included in the price quoted, which turned out to be wrong. You might be clearer on this in the adverticement.
