My second time in Brussels and I was lucky enough to find this hotel. The overall experience was fantastic. Very comfortable beds. Breakfast was great as well, great variety and quality of food. and finalley,the location is unbeatable, 5 minutes from the train station and 1 minute to grand place. Highly recommendable.

A few min walk from Central station and Grand Place,a min from the tourist bus stop - excellent location. Very clean, very friendly staff! Only reason I don't rate the overall stay as 10 is that we found the lack of complete privacy in the bathroom a bit embarrassing- one could see any movement there from the bedroom! But that's what one gets apparently with hotels with modern design,our experience in Amsterdam was worse! So if you don't mind the above mentioned I highly recommend the hotel,very good value for the money we paid!

We stayed at the NH Grand Place for a special occasion for 2 nights and I did email the hotel a special request to say that I would like a nice room with a good view. The room I paid for was a superior room so it was nice and modern, but very small for the money. The view was dire, we were in a shaft which just overlooked other bedroom windows and the worse thing was they were really close so if we were in the bedroom we had to shut the curtains so the other guests could not see in. This was worse in the bathroom and toilet as they have huge frosted glass windows so no hiding there. I found myself showering in the dark as you would be able to see everything!! So obviously did not get my special request which was disappointing. Room was noisy, heard the lift going up and down all night long so we both wore an ipod to get asleep. Breakfast was ok, but even though there was supposed to be bacon, eggs etc I never saw any of it as it was always empty and never replenished whilst I was waiting. Hotel is in a good location and not far from the Grand Place which was great.

chambre tres agreable malgres une surface un peu juste , acces internet hors de prix 10 euros la demi-heure !!! A l'heure du wi-fi gratuit partout !!! Acceuil chaleureux , situation geographique ideale .Chambre propre, lit confortable , hotel relativement silencieux et petit dejeuner avec un large choix sucré ou salé .

Clean updated hotel near the Cathedral and basically next door to high end shopping mall. Good location near the central train station but don't blink or you will miss the street the hotel is on. Also not far from the main square. Rooms are very modern and spacious. Excellent for business or pleasure. Good breakfast rooms. I would return here again.

The lack of carpets in the room made it less than cosy and proved to be an acoustic nightmare - you heard every footstep from above as well as the chambermaids cleaning, from everywhere it seemed. This was a great pity because otherwise the hotel was perfect!

Top noble hotel, very nice people, perfect breakfast, really only some three minutes to the central station, highly recommandable!!!

Great and funky hotel. Less than 5 mins from the central station - great when coming from the airport or train. Good place for a weekend/short break. Main eating are of Brussels very close. Hotel confines seemed quite safe.

We stayed in a junior suite. It was a spacious and quiet room. The hotel staff were very helpful. There was however some confusion about breakfast but the problem was dealt with fairly. I would certainly visit the hotel again.

excellent location, 3 minutes walking to grand Place. Room very clean, confortable and spacious but bathroom poorly lit. Parking rate too expensive 22€.

The hotel room and public areas were very clean and well presented. The breakfast was buffet style and was nice however was not included with the room and was a bit pricey at around €25. We found the stay very strange over all...We stayed for 3 nights Friday, Saturday and Sunday and for the whole stay the restaurant and bar was closed and we had to go to the nearby Radisson Hotel to have a meal. The reception staff were quite friendly when we asked for directions to nearby attractions however on departure we found certain members of staff very rude and abrupt. We stay in hotels regularly at home and abroad however we wont be going back here.

Hi! Group of 4 staying in 1 Double & 1 Twin room (Twin room is larger, and a with bigger bathroom). Room was nice & clean with the usual features (Fridge, Wardrobe, Digital Safe, TV, Vanity unit, Table & Chairs). We took a Taxi to the Hotel (from Midi/Zuid Station - He took the scenic route!). Photo of Front is a little confusing as building around hotel were being worked on (scaffolding) and did not really appear as picture. Hotel is in good location close to the shopping & the Grand Place only very short walk. Is also close to the Central Station/Subway and several other Monuments. Didn't eat in hotel. Was very hot in Brussels and the Airconditioning was more of a fan as didn't cool the air in the room. Apart from that hotel was very nice & so were the staff.

Don't think it twice and grap this oportunity, this quality hotel is at a superb rate. The location is excellent and the room is a 5 stars hotel!! The only thing is taht it doesn't include breakfast, but nerby there are plenty of coffe shops and chocalieters that will delite your paladar for less money.

Bathrooms need improvement: poor mechanical ventilation poor lighting too small a shelf for own toiletteries no stool shower door leaks water on floor grab bar is slippery

The breakfast room was nice, although too noisy and not much clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff was kind.
